Keane’s Wood-Fired Catering was founded by husband and wife team, Padraic and Kaylyn Keane. Padraic grew up working in his parents’ village pub in Galway, Ireland and moved to the United States in 2015 where he became fascinated with traditional southern barbecue. Padraic welded his first wood-fired smoker at the Steel Yard in Providence and Keane’s held their first catered event at Whalers Brewing in South Kingstown in 2016. Since then Keane’s has continued to build a reputation for exceptional food and service.

We are Stephen and Rae! We met as teenagers in 2007 and married in 2012. We originally started college together in PA when Stephen encouraged me to pursue me passion in cooking. We moved to MA for me to attend Le Cordon Bleu while Stephen studied law. We settled here permanently after graduation. In 2020 I started RGKkitchen. Working together came naturally and quickly took off. Our most popular areas are Cape Cod, Boston, Newport/Middletown, & Narragansett. We service all of RI, the MA coast, and down to Mystic, CT. We typically travel within 80 miles of 02748 but do go further for some events. We're happy to accommodate if we can!

Our fleet consists of four international diesel trucks, ready to serve both local and long range parties all across Connecticut, parts of New York, and Massachusetts. All trucks have basically the same equipment including powerful sound systems for those of you that like music at your affairs. They all are self sufficient with onboard generators, coolers, freezers and running water. No matter which truck is sent, the total experience is the same- great food, great music, lots of fun and unsurpassed service!

From elegant grazing tables, customized charcuterie boards, to portable charcuterie cups, we tailor each charcuterie spread to your specific needs and event theme. Boards, stations or cups include a variety of gourmet meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, spreads, and other delectable treats. For events of 50+ people, a 50% deposit is required to book an event and secure a date with Charcuterie Kreations. Payments can be made by Venmo, Zelle, check or cash.
