The Imperial Ballrooms

“The Imperial Event Center at the Holiday Inn was the perfect way to end our wedding night. Having a ballroom available from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am gave everyone a place to keep the celebration going after the reception. Guests were still buzzing with energy, and the space allowed everyone to relax, laugh, play games, and reconnect late into the night. It also gave us the chance to spend meaningful time with guests we hadn’t been able to chat with earlier, which meant a lot to us. The pizza and drinks were a hit, and the room was the perfect size for our group. It felt comfortable, casual, and easy, exactly what a late-night after party should feel like, especially when it’s right in the same hotel where everyone is staying. Beyond the after party itself, we truly appreciated the entire hotel experience. From smooth check-ins to breakfast and overall accommodations, our guests felt welcome and well taken care of throughout the weekend. Having everything in one place made the weekend seamless and stress-free. We’re very grateful to the Imperial Event Center and Holiday Inn team for helping make our wedding weekend so special.”

“Where to begin… just can’t express any of what we felt fully in words but we will try. Drumore estate was exactly what we had hoped for and MORE in a venue and gave us our perfect day with “no notes”! What drew us to Drumore and they delivered: 1. Multi seasonal - due to temperature and cost, we quickly decided that we wanted an off season winter wedding. Something that was very important to us was having a good indoor ceremony space. They were incredibly flexible up to the day of the ceremony (game time decision) to do the ceremony inside or outside depending upon weather. 2. Exclusive use/flexibility pre-post wedding - although we had other venues that we loved, a big thing that set Drumore apart from other venues was its feeling of making the day exclusively our day (one wedding a day) giving us the flexibility to use the entire estate literally all day from 8am - 10pm, in addition to allowing us to drop off things the day before and pick up the day after. This really allowed us and our families to be fully present in the day and not feel rushed/more stressed. Trust us, this was HUGE and truly made all the difference! 3. All inclusive - it was very important to us to pick a venue that had a lot included. Drumore came with onsite catering, bar service, all linens, tables, etc. bridal and groom suit, ceremony space, cocktail space, reception space and so on. We also utilized their third party rental service which was extremely affordable and great for last minute additions with zero hassle. Also, huge bonus, the food was phenomenal, we did a buffet and our guests truly loved it! 4. MARNIE! (Wedding Planner) - Planning a wedding without your own personal wedding planner can be intimidating, but Marnie did far more than your average venue facilitator. She is so enthusiastic, yet detailed, which allows her to thrive in this type of role. When we met with her we were able to break down every step and detail of our day and left feeling very confident in our decisions and plan. She even helped create a step by step timeline. Not only did she help us prepare, but was present on the day of, always stepping in at the right moments without taking attention away from our special moments. We can’t express truly how Marnie’s hard work made our day special. She was also great with responding to all the one off email questions throughout the months leading up. 5. We understand this is a lot of detail, but we really wanted to highlight all the things that set Drumore apart and helped make our day so perfect. We have endless compliments on how amazing the venue was from all our guests. Although weddings are expensive, between keeping our guest list to a manageable hundred people and having it off season, we felt like Drumore provided a day that from an outside perspective you would assume the wedding cost us well over 50k with how stunning and just perfect everything was and looked. We had 100 guests in the ballroom for the ceremony and the carriage house for the reception and felt that fit our event perfectly. All in all it’s hard to imagine our day and the planning leading up could have gone any better “NO NOTES”! We would highly recommend exploring Drumore as an option for your big day!”

The Bond

“The Bond is absolutely wonderful. It is the perfect mix of industrial and elegant and provides everything you could possibly need for your wedding day. The bridal suite was recently upgraded and is located right inside The Bond. The groomsmen get ready in the speakeasy, which is a little inconvenient since it is about 0.4 miles away, but my husband said it was a cool space and he enjoyed the space and time! It is also a huge perk that there are two separate dedicated spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen, so there is no chance of crossing paths before the ceremony if you choose that. The Bond offers multiple beautiful spaces to get married. We chose to have our ceremony in the pavilion, followed by cocktail hour both inside and outside. One of my favorite details is that they close off the reception space until it is time for guests to enter, making the room reveal such a special surprise. The Bond includes a wedding coordinator, and we had the pleasure of working with Jackie Duval, who was absolutely amazing! We truly cannot say enough good things about her. The staff on our wedding day was incredible. They all come from JDK Events, which is the required catering company for The Bond, and this was not a negative at all because they were absolutely fabulous. They went above and beyond to make sure we, our families, and our guests were taken care of throughout the entire day. Another huge perk is that although The Bond is a city venue, there is convenient parking directly across the street, and guests can even leave their cars overnight if needed. It made things so easy and stress-free. We cannot recommend The Bond enough. It was everything we dreamed of and more. 10/10 wedding venue!”

“The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm was absolutely a wonderful venue that I would recommend to anyone. Not only are the views breathtaking and the manor house is gorgeous, but the tent and ceremony spaces are perfect. You can really make it any way that you want and the venue is so aesthetically pleasing that you really don’t need too much decor to make your day look beautiful. Throughout the whole event, our guests couldn’t stop saying how nice the venue was and how beautiful everything looked. On top of this, we never had a hard time communicating with those who manage the property (Queen of Hearts Catering) and they always ensured that we were happy with the plan and how our day went. We worked with Kelly Tobin and we couldn’t thank her enough for how perfect our day was. There was so much flexibility and you could add features as you pleased to fit your vision. Finally (and arguably what I was most worried about) was the food that QOH provided. We got a Casual and Fun package which did not come with a tasting and it simply didn’t disappoint. The food was a great quality and there was plenty of it. Our guests also loved the cocktail hour and dinner and especially couldn’t stop talking about the mac n cheese bar! Overall, this venue was the real deal. My husband and I feel like we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate with our friends and family.”

“Stokesay Castle is truly a dream venue, not just because of its breathtaking scenery, but because of its incredible staff. When we first toured the venue the manager, Luis, welcomed us like family. He took the time to explain all the packages available and even adjusted his recommendations to match our guest count, and never pushed us toward anything we didn’t need. He also shared helpful budget-friendly tips to make our day even more special and affordable. When we returned a second time for a renovation event, Luis remembered us instantly, greeting us with a big hug and even gave a personal tour, which expressed how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. Later, we had the pleasure of working with the new director, Dara, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the wedding-planning process. Whether it was through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings, she made sure we had everything we needed. She was very polite and informative and always had a smile on her face. On our wedding day, she checked in with us multiple times throughout the day to ensure every detail went smooth and perfect. When talking about the food, all I have to say is it was absolutely phenomenal. Stokesay Castle’s menu offered a variety of delicious options, and while we had to narrow down our wedding-day menu, we also got to sample the rest at our rehearsal dinner the night before. Everything we tried was outstanding. The castle building itself is the perfect blend of modern elegance as well as old-time medieval appeal. It has stunning scenery, a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, snd spacious getting-ready rooms for both bride and groom. The gorgeous grand ballroom comfortably accommodated our 112 guests with room to spare, and it was everything we envisioned. Each time I visited Stokesay Castle I fell in love with it all over again, and that’s when I knew it was the place for us.”

“We got married at RCC on April 5th. This was an amazing venue. They renovated the building from top to bottom and did a lot of outside landscaping. We had our rehearsal dinner at Jacks on the Green in a private room, the food was great and the service was on point. We had our Wedding ceremony inside and it turned out perfect. The dance floor is very big and our guests loved the outside patios. There’s so many great areas here for pictures. Dan, Kayla, and Brianna were great to work with. They’re very professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. We highly recommend you checking out this venue.”

The banquet/ballroom had just gone through renovations before our wedding which made the space even more gorgeous and nothing can beat the view of the golf course and mountains (the balcony off of the ballroom was the perfect escape for a break)! We were lucky to have had great weather which made those outdoor pictures on the course so special. They also hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before - food for both nights was great. “We knew from the moment we visited Downingtown Country Club that this is where we wanted our special day to be, and it certainly did not disappoint. She was right by my side the entire day to keep me calm and help with absolutely anything I needed. I didn't realize just how much that level of support would matter until it was actually my wedding day! I never once felt alone or unsure of where I needed to be because the staff guided me effortlessly from start to finish. Our guests are still raving about all the delicious food. The crab cakes were an absolute hit along with the numerous cocktail appetizers and stations. The chocolate indulgence room was an unforgettable highlight that everyone loved.
