The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and several other farm structures, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates 14 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.

We are a very laid back team of husband and wife running his family's 6th generation family farm. We are rustic but also a charming, authentic Vermont experience. The barn can become incredibly elegant for a more formal affair but can also look just perfect with some simple, personal accents. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. We also have no curfews and encourage you and your guests to party in the barn or around the firepit all night long.

Hosting only one event each week allows us to offer a weekend-long destination experience that you & your guests will enjoy and remember forever. On the hill behind the Main Barn, our state-of-the-art post & beam pavilion provides couples with a rustic, elegant space for dinner & dancing on Saturday evening. This space is conveniently located next to the ceremony site and encompasses a stunning pergola. The Main Barn building is home to 8 of 18 inn rooms, as well as both our dining room & pub. Adjacent to the Main Barn is the Farmhouse, housing two bunk-style rooms. Just across the parking lot sits the Longhouse & Annex comprised of an additional eight inn rooms and offering a bit of privacy from the hustle & bustle of the main events.

At Common Ground Center, you’ll find everything you need for the wedding day you’ve imagined – beautiful rustic facilities, breathtaking mountain scenery, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Our 700-acre camp is available from mid-May to mid-October and can accommodate up to 200 ceremony guests. We are an upscale wedding venue with both inside and outside seating located directly on picturesque Lake Ontario with our 1600 square foot dock over it. The Barrack’s Inn stone center building was the first building built in the War of 1812 to be the bakery. It is on the historic national register. Inside we can seat 150 people, while outside we can seat an additional 100 people. We are happy to make any and all food requests and we feature all-inclusive packages which include: flowers, table decorating, music, photography, cake and desserts, ceremony, favors and all food and beverages.

The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. At over 10,000 square feet of event space, this venue is a rustic and expansive location in which to host small receptions or grand affairs. Surrounded by a secluded pastoral landscape, The Barn exudes a classic rural New England charm. Ceremonies can be held in our climate controlled barn, on our terrace or in our seasonal greenhouse. The surrounding mountains add a beautiful backdrop for your photos. The barn interior will host your cocktail hour and reception. Our on-site catering chefs will serve locally-sourced dishes that highlight the best of New England’s farms. You can also enjoy craft cocktails, local beer, and vintage wines from the two full-service bars that the venue includes.
