I have been fortunate to photograph a number of weddings at The Barn over the past several years. There is a reason The Barn is one of the most sought after venues in Vermont to host a wedding. And the best part of all? You have the incredible team from The Barn with you every step of the way. Steve, Jenn and the 'family' of dedicated staff has your event as the highest priority. Stickney Farms

4.8

Roxbury, VT
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Limited services
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $4,000

We are a very laid back team of husband and wife running his family's 6th generation family farm. We are rustic but also a charming, authentic Vermont experience. The barn can become incredibly elegant for a more formal affair but can also look just perfect with some simple, personal accents. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. We also have no curfews and encourage you and your guests to party in the barn or around the firepit all night long.

Jenn and her family were incredible every step of the way. Their overall availability for questions throughout the journey was great. What sold us on this venue was the ability to do EXACTLY and WHATEVER we wanted in terms of looks, vendors and the overall experience. Jenn was there and available all day if needed and didn’t hesitate to come and enjoy the party too! Our guests wouldn’t stop telling us about how it was the best wedding they had ever attended. The venue is a true Vermont place to celebrate, and we are so grateful for this place. Can’t wait to throw an anniversary party someday in the future!

We had our wedding at The Barracks Inn last month (Labor Day 2022). What a beautiful venue, the view can't be beat, the reception/dinner room is beautiful, the food was wonderful. And the drinks were perfect! The owner was so accommodating with all of my quirky plans - never complained, listened to what we wanted and made it all happen. We are picky so this is really something. The sound system is great - really over the top from what you would normally expect. Dancing on the beautiful deck that sits out on the water was heaven. We could have danced until dawn. I heartily recommend this venue and Kim (the owner) as "the" place to have your wedding, anniversary party, birthday party, or just a party party! You will be very pleased with the whole process.
