We are a family owned venue that is located within miles of Olympia, WA. Capitol City Barn is a new 4,600 sq. ft. barn that offers an indoor/outdoor experience; a space for the wedding party to prepare; a warming kitchen for caterers; beautiful outdoor patios, gardens and a stone alter, plus many more amenities. Their vision is respected and encouraged- we are just there to make their dreams come true! This also allows for each couple to express their style and allows us to fit in where needed. We allow our clients to chose their journey! We have great vendor recommendations, but do not require they use specific ones. We go the extra mile to fill any voids, help relieve stress and chaos, and take care of our guests, all of our guests!

The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. Combined with historic art from ancient exotic lands, City Farm transports you into another world making any event a one-of-a-kind experience. Works of art from the 18th and 19th century abound while period furniture compliments the décor. The building features Italian Renaissance paintings, which adorn the acoustic coves, and over 50 chandeliers including Lucille Ball’s dining room treasure. Palatial hand-carved pillars accent the first floor and intricate royal facades surround the stage and dance floor upstairs. Classical architectural medallions, ornate mouldings and motifs, old-growth wood and brick abound. The spacious 6,000 square foot chandelier-lit interior offers two floors of entertainment area with peek a boo mountain views and deck overlooking the farm. Events on Emerson opened in 2016 as a place where people can come and celebrate important (and sometimes just for fun) occasions. Originally built in 1906, the building was the home of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church until 1991 (when the congregation merged with St. Andrew's in Aberdeen). Today, it is owned by Emily and Steven Puvogel, who operate the venue as a passion project where we enjoy helping people host all manner of events, including weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, concerts, baby showers, fundraisers, trainings, and meetings. When you book your event here, you will get a beautiful setting and personal service, at an incredibly reasonable price. Not only that, use of tables, chairs, linens, and AV equipment are included in the price! We work with you to help keep your event less stress and more fun.

--* PLEASE NOTE: We only host SUMMER weddings between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. *-- This venue is on a farm that has been in our family for five generations. We are a new venue, but we love this special place so much and wanted to share its beauty with others. The ceremony space is beneath the canopy of an old-growth spruce tree beside a creek. We were married in this spot and it was truly magical! There is an open-air field just beyond the tree that is available as a reception space. We offer a bridal dressing room within a 10'x10' decorated "glamping" tent. We also have the add-on option of a 15'x20' event tent available (please see pictures in the gallery). If you're interested, we also have goats, pigs, chickens, and old farm implements available for photo opportunities. We also now provide string lights and electricity (suitable for a food truck) in the reception field!

The heart of Owl and Olive is our historic gambrel barn. Built in 1936, the barn provides a beautiful and unique setting to celebrate your special day with family and friends. The vaulted ceiling spreads overhead reaching nearly 40′ to the inside of the cupolas. Tasteful accent lighting illuminates the rafters while three rustic barn-sized chandeliers and complimentary bistro lights combine to provide a warm glow on the gathering space below during both daytime and evening activities. The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!

In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.

Built in 1896 and renovated in 2020, our historical church is a fantastic venue for your weddings and events! The interior boasts 16 vintage pews, piano, pulpit, bathroom, two dressing rooms, and 10 double hung windows. Reception allowed with permission from the City. Food and alcohol not allowed.
