My husband and I are so glad that we booked The Oscar Event Center for our anniversary party. The menu was the main selling point for us because we wanted to offer unique options. We chose the seafood and Asian stations for dinner and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about the food saying it exceeded expectations. Chef Mike does not disappoint. We like that the OEC sets up and tears down all decorations for you because it was a huge help. We used minimal decorations but felt like it was perfect since the hall is already well decorated. And the whole venue is customizable. It has a large capacity but the setup we chose was perfect for 55 guests. Additionally, with a smaller group we valued the per person food and beverage cost minimum rather than a guest count minimum. All the staff working at our party were incredible too! Shout out to Drew, Madi, Brenda, Lisa, Kathleen, and Gail for keeping things running smoothly. We initially worked with Josie Fickes when we booked, and she was great. But we ended up lucky enough to have Jan Riordan as our coordinator. She completely understood our vision and was a joy to work with. She was very responsive to questions and made us feel at ease. Her kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated. We cannot give enough thanks to Jan and the whole OEC staff for making our anniversary party a great time!

They still had many things they wanted to add in the future to their building and outside. They have done an amazing job doing these things, and they are continually improving. We hosted an amazing wedding for our daughter and son in law at the Marriott Cincinnati Airport. The staff were flexible, accommodating and so supportive throughout the entire process. Shelly is a rock star and has a great team. The venue worked so well for the rehearsal evening and set up, get ready rooms for bridesmaids and groomsmen on the day and of course the remarkable reception. It was so fast and so smooth. It was very special to have such organized planned meeting spaces as well as the flexibility for unplanned gatherings throughout the weekend. Many guests stayed overnight at the Marriott and joined in for the casual morning breakfast. The staff continued wrapping around our families until the weekend was complete. It was a magical wedding event and we couldn't have been happier with our Marriott experience!

Nidhi & the team are exceptional when it comes to welcoming the people, planning & hosting the events. I recently had my wedding @ the Delta back in June, 2025. I had 7 events, in 4 days and everyone was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring my visions to life. Nidhi is an amazing person and is very accommodating via, phone calls, texts & emails. She’s even better in person. She took my vision and brought it to life and not only worked with my family and I but was even more accommodating to the grooms family who came in from out of state. We had several meetings with her and the team prior to the run through of the events, and she has outdone our events in every aspect. The pictures may speak for it but what’s above and beyond is the compliments we’ve been receiving from friend’s and family so many months past the wedding. Thank you to Delta & Nidhi & the team for just about everything. The hotel staff is beyond friendly and helpful and the event management team and crew are exceptional. We had our ceremony and reception here and it was beautiful. There is a huge parking lot that made it easy for our guests who wanted to drive to do so and for our limo to pick us up. The entry way is spacious and has a security guard up front for the entire night. There was a beautiful staircase but also elevators for our guests with mobility issues. There were bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs as well. The venue itself is so beautiful we really needed minimal décor for it. There are awesome lights, barrels that were used as tables, and so much character to the space. Our bar package was through them as well. We hesitated when we saw the beer list (no IPS, craft, or seltzer options), but it ended up being perfect. Their open bar high-end option had plenty of other choices of liquor and wine our guests could also choose from and had a great time. The team did a great job – they set up all of the tables and chairs exactly like we wanted, did a great job running the bar, and gave us exactly what we needed. They were very kind and flexible with us as we asked questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend getting married here!

We were married at Hotel Covington in September 2024 and it was hands down one of the best decisions we have ever made. We knew we wanted a fully outdoor wedding with food and drink provided on-site, and HC provided exactly that. I could go on forever about how wonderful every single person was – Ashley was amazing getting us started with HC, then seamlessly handed us over to Riley who was with us until the day of the wedding. The staff was attentive to our needs, and we were so bummed when the night was over. All our guests (including our sweet doggie) felt incredibly welcome. We have officially made it a point to visit Hotel Covington every few months for drinks, and plan to stay there again for our anniversary. Thank you to the entire team at HC : )

Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of. The management at this venue went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances and we are SO thankful for them. We are so happy with Magnolia Estates and Rosewood Manor. Kaila and Libby were were excellent in helping me decide how to set up the venue, what the timing should be for each portion of the wedding and making sure that all the little details were attended to. Their response time to my questions over the year (yes, I reserved the venue over a year ahead of time) was within a day; very good! On the day of the wedding, Kaila was with me the whole way, making sure that everything was where it needed to be. She also coordinated well with my florist, caterer and DJ. My friends and family commented on how lovely the ceremony and reception flowed using various sections of the Event Center for various events, i.e. the ceremony on the outside porch, the inside/outside bar area for appetizers/drinks, the remainder of the building for dinner and dancing.

The gazebo was such a beautiful location for our ceremony & our indoor reception just knocked our socks off.
