“Sam and Sarah, aka Natural Media, are seriously THE BEST! Experience: They were so thoughtful, communicative, kind, and professional before, during, and after our wedding. Despite capturing truly EVERY special moment of the entire day (seriously, we can't think of a single thing they missed), it barely felt like they were even there! This really made it so that we could organically enjoy our day, and they were able to capture us in our natural (true to their name) experience of the day which is SO lovely to look back on. The brief moments when we did interact with them on our wedding day, they were so kind and thoughtful, making sure they were capturing everything we were hoping they would, and sharing with us how beautiful they thought everything was which was so sweet to hear. The Videos: The quality of the finished videos they gave us are truly unbelievable! We were immediately brought to tears by how gorgeously they captured everything, it all looks like a movie! “We could not have asked for a better wedding videographer! From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative and got in touch within just a day or two of my initial inquiry. He asked thoughtful questions and really took the time to understand what we were hoping to get from our wedding video. Our ceremony was at a Greek Orthodox church, and our reception included many traditional Greek wedding elements. He made a point of asking what traditions, details, and moments were especially important to us so he could make sure they were highlighted. That level of preparation really stood out to us. On the day of the wedding, he arrived early and was completely prepared. He made sure to capture everything we had specifically asked for, along with so much footage that we didn't even realize we'd want until afterward! He and his second videographer were extremely professional and worked seamlessly alongside our photographer. They somehow managed to capture so many details and special moments, yet I barely remember seeing them throughout the day—which, to me, is a sign of true professionals who know how to blend into the background while still getting incredible footage. One of my favorite touches was that before leaving the reception, he made a point of saying goodbye and asking if there was anything else we wanted him to capture before they left. It was such a thoughtful and generous thing to do, especially at the end of such a long day. We received our highlights video within the timeframe he had outlined, and the final product was beautiful. I requested a couple of small changes, and he was incredibly quick, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. I had never hired a videographer before, and I really wanted to make sure that all of the special moments from our wedding were genuinely captured—not just the big moments, but the little details and memories that we might otherwise forget. He went above and beyond to make sure that happened. From our first conversation through the final edits, the entire experience was amazing, and we are so grateful that he was the one to capture our special day.
