I started shooting photos and video in Greece, and since moving to the US, I have dedicated myself to shooting weddings, elopements and engagements. I love being able to capture the love that my couples have for each other and the unique energy each couple has. I am always down to shoot in new locations and find the best place for my shoots!

I'm a Northern California Wedding Photographer that captures your timeless, romantic, vintage, country weddings. We specialize in rustic weddings in vineyards, Northern California barn weddings, forest weddings and we love photographing cowboy weddings, even better when you bring your horses. Don't worry I do city weddings too so if its in the middle of San Francisco with a trolly car we can create your wedding story for you.

I have been professionally capturing images for over 10 years. During that time, I built a successful promotional marketing company in Canada, received my MBA in Ireland, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife. My favorite part about photography are the stories that are captured, the frozen moments in time that each picture highlights. Over the course of my career, I have been asked to tell thousands of stories. With the ability to operate in the United States, Canada, and Europe, I’m no stranger to traveling for a good story.

I love being part of happy moments, and I’m so blessed to be able to do that for living. I’ve been doing professional photography for over ten years and weddings for 7. My goal at every wedding is to capture the love and fun of the event, with all those in between moments, my style is light and hairy with true colors. Danny Lewis Photography started with a love of photography, of artistry through still images, and of the magic of capturing moments in time through photography. About five years ago I decided to start my journey into professional photography - intitally starting with headshots, family photos, and event photography. After a few years (and second shooting for a few established photographers!), I decided to also include wedding photography and have been doing so ever since. With our experienced team of second shooters, we love making our couples and clients feel relaxed and smiling while we capture all of their wedding's best moments!

Just like you, I have felt awkward in front of the camera. I’ve had photos taken of me that I didn’t like. When you go on a session with me, I will not only make you feel comfortable, but I will make sure you look good! I will give you prompts to keep you moving and laughing. Photography had always been a love of mine but in 2020 I decided to quit my 9-5 job and start this full-time adventure! I am now a full-time wedding & lifestyle photographer & love every minute of it. Capturing special moments & delivering quality photos to clients is extremely rewarding, and I genuinely enjoy it. I currently live in Aptos but I also serve the surrounding areas of the Monterey Bay region and I am ready to travel wherever needed.
