The Montana photographer with multiple editing color profiles! I'm a visual storyteller local to Red Lodge MT but I travel all over. I've been to 13 countries! My goal is to deliver photos that will FEEL like you in all aspects, I'd be thrilled to capture your special day! I focus on all the iconic moments AND the heartfelt/tearful moments in between. I've been a photographer for 13 years and have loved every minute of it. This is my full time career and I'm very dedicated to it. I'm very helpful and organized, I will take care of you! You've found "the one" in each other and I'm here to be "the one" to capture your day!

The number one thing that sets me apart is I use multiple editing color profiled (Warm & Earthy, Bright & Airy, True to Life, etc). I will edit in any color profile you choose, because your wedding photos should represent YOU! I am super accommodating and love to help anywhere I can. I'm essentially a wedding planner and have all the best connections with local vendors. A thorough wedding day photo timeline is also included! Julie photographed our wedding in May and was so wonderful to work with! She is so detail oriented, and the process of taking photos on the day of our wedding couldn't have been smoother. Julie was my favorite wedding vendor BY FAR!! From start to finish she was so responsive, professional, and helpful. She documented all of our important moments so beautifully, the ceremony, the details, and the reception. We had a schedule switch up due to some smoke at our wedding but Julie handled it like a champ and aligned with all of our vendors so fast that our guests had no idea that anything had changed up! We loved her energy and she made the formal photos so easy. We loved her options for editing styles, it really made us feel like our photos were truly “us”. 10/10 would recommend her for any photography!!!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning with a shorter time frame.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

My turnaround time varies by season. A sneak peek of about 50 photos is provided within 3 business days of your special day. Typically, you’ll be able to view all of your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding.

You can expect about 70 to 120 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Absolutely! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

I am! The city of Red Lodge in Montana requires businesses like mine to hold a local business license. I make sure to follow all local laws.

In my 7 years of experience as a wedding photographer I’ve never had to implement my substitute photographer(s). In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant.

Very thorough! There are at least 2 copies of every photo since the very moment of origination. I shoot with 2 cameras and both have dual card slots. The moment I get home I transfer the original (raw) photos to 2 "working" hard drives. After I deliver the photos to you I also save everything (raws and edited photos as well as all of our docs) to 2 "archive" hard drives.
