I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She kept everything organized on a Google Drive that we had access to and she was always available via email or text. Her knowledge of vendors in the Pittsburgh area was so impressive. Every vendor she recommended received a 5-star review. Any problems that came up with vendors leading up to the wedding were addressed so quickly by Rachel that I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it. I wasn’t worried about the venue, vendors, or the timeline going into my wedding day because I was so confident she knew exactly what we wanted and was so organized. We selected our venue, The Audrey in Cannonsburg, PA, less than six months before the wedding, and the team kept us well-informed about all the key milestones leading up to our special day. The ability to pay online made everything much simpler for us. Most of our communication took place via email and the website, and we faced no issues at all. Our vendors collaborated seamlessly with Masterpiece Studio, ensuring that our wedding day went off without a hitch. We relied on Masterpiece Studio for day-of coordination, upholstery, and decorations, and they executed our vision beautifully. Additionally, the team went above and beyond at the end of the night, making sure I didn't leave anything behind. Overall, they truly captured my vision perfectly!

Emily is absolutely amazing! I promise you cannot go wrong by choosing her and her team to plan or help plan your wedding day. I was referred to Emily by a family member who had worked with her before and I couldn’t be happier that we chose to. We hired Emily as a “day of coordinator” which she explained is more like month of, but regardless, definitely not a whole planner (for what we hired her for). However, I was texting and calling Emily for almost 2 years leading up to my wedding and she never gave me an issue. She was so prompt at responding which led me to have a ton of trust in her as a professional with my wedding in her hands. She is so polite and understanding. She is so talented and professional. I am a very in control type of person and knew how I wanted things to be, and I really didn’t have to tell Emily much. When I arrived on site to the venue, she had things set up almost exactly how I imagined them being. She made sure the day ran as smoothly as possible and it sure did! If anything went wrong, I wasn’t aware of it because she handled pretty much everything. Coming toward the end of the night, Emily came to me and told me she cleaned up all of the tables, put all of the signage and decor all together, and cleaned up our bridal suite, therefore there wasn’t much, if anything at all for us to clean up. I was shocked because I didn’t expect her to do that. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. Her talent, advice, opinions, friendliness, professionalism, everything is just amazing. You seriously can not go wrong in hiring Emily and her team to help you with your big day!

Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

Once she arrived at the venue, I put all decision making in her hands and it was the best feeling knowing I could just enjoy the day and that she had everything else handled. She goes above and beyond and does it with grace and love. At one point, our wedding cake fell apart and Kayla immediately made herself a trash bag dress and got to work fixing it! She captured beautiful videos of our day and put together the sweetest videos that we have already watched over and over again and will treasure for the rest of our lives. There was a tribute table with a memorial candle stand for the deceased relatives. There was a special send-off for the couple that was environmentally friendly. When the pandemic first started last year, while a lot of vendors and businesses closed down, Lynda remained with my husband and I all through the way. She is not only excellent at what she does but she goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy . Apart from wedding planning Lynda also specializes in event decor and is a great florist. Her work basically speaks for it self . She brings your dreams to life with all her wonderful decorations. You can’t put a price tag on what that means/feels like to know that everything is handled. She knows exactly what needs to be done, makes sure everyone does their part, and the day runs as smoothly as possible. If there is any bump in the road, she handles anything big or small with such poise and professionalism. She is always available to consult, discuss, and help with decision making on timelines, vendors, decor, and most importantly self care! Brides especially forget to take care of themselves. I am BEYOND happy with my experience working with Rachel and the Day One team. I was feeling extremely overwhelmed with wedding planning, especially the design aspects of it. After one meeting with Rachel, not only did I feel comforted, but I also felt excited. She exhibited the perfect combination of expertise and enthusiasm. She read my mind and made things I could only barely conceptualize into a reality. My wedding was the boho barn style event of my dreams thanks to Rachel's incredible eye and style. Most importantly tho, during the actual wedding, I felt like a participant rather than just a host. I hear all these stories of the bride not remembering their wedding day because they were so overwhelmed by the chaos. I didn't feel that way at all. What I remember is spending quality time with my guests and my husband, dancing the night away, and actually eating the food!
