This private venue is not available for use by the general public, and is only available by qualified referrals, and only limited dates are available. This is not a commercial wedding factory, and we just do a few events a year by referral, so it is really special and fun and intimate.

Our beautiful 10-acre property was bought in 1966 by Ted and Aspasia Kiapos. It is here that they raised their family, and passed on their legacy for generations. The WWOO Venue is a bespoke wedding venue located in El Segundo, CA. This unique venue offers a beautiful combination of outdoor and indoor spaces to couples celebrating their special day. The venue boasts a modern industrial design and has all the facilities needed to create an unforgettable wedding day experience. The dedicated team at The WWOO Venue prides themselves on their attention to detail, and they promise to collaborate closely with each couple to make their wedding vision a reality. The WWOO Venue caters to small to medium size weddings with capacity for up to 175 guests. The 4000 square-foot space is available for all aspects of wedding celebrations, from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding reception and day-after brunch. This delightful venue is easily accessible from the 405 and 105 Freeways, has excellent disabled access, and there is free WiFi throughout.

Our venue started as a music recording studio. We still have several studios that operate Monday through Friday. The event business was born out of people coming into the recording studios and asking if they could throw a party in our space and one thing led to another. We love hosting all different kinds of events from weddings, to parties, fundraisers, film shoots, and even the occasional small concert.

We are a nonprofit multipurpose sports and activities center in Downtown Los Angeles. Our mission is to provide a facility in Downtown, Los Angeles for youth, families and seniors that offers sports, community activities, and opportunities to connect visitors to Japanese American culture and a vibrant. We have 5 main rental spaces (Plaza & Stage, Terrace, Community Room, Courtyard, and Gym) and an underground parking lot. Plaza & Stage: The perfect setting for weddings, concerts, and events of all kinds. Strands of bistro lighting are draped above while lush vegetation, trees, and shrubs surround the plaza. Terrace: The outdoor terrace wraps provides views of Los Angeles St and the Plaza & Stage below. Surrounded by mature fruit trees and gardens, this 7,000 square foot historic home sits within walking distance to the charming restaurants of Franklin Village, as well as Hollywood studios, theaters, shopping and dining. Our accommodations are modern, spacious and bright and can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. The entire property is fully gated, enclosed for privacy from the street and offers secure, onsite parking. Original stable and barn refurbished with 35-foot vaulted ceilings is the perfect indoor-outdoor transitional event space. The estate grounds can accommodate up to 250 guests seated/500 guests cocktail style, offering an allinclusive floorplan perfect for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats and parties.
