Our magnificent Crystal Ballroom can host up to 400 guests, and features clean architecture and a glimmering chandelier. The space will serve as a perfect backdrop for any decor. For something slightly more intimate, enjoy a fine-dining experience in the Penthouse with 150 of your closest friends and family. You can even have your furry friends there on the day. When the night is over, guests can retire to the hotel's well-equipped rooms to recuperate after all the celebration and joy.

I had my wedding here on Saturday, 08/24/2024. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The caterers stole my cake. They took it in the back, cut it up and the staff ate it. Over half of my guess did not receive cake. The chicken was raw, which is a health code violation. The manager came to talk to my DJ to tell him to turn the music down, but we could still hear the music from the other wedding that was going on that day.

I am very sorry you feel that the catering staff stole your cake however I was there overseeing your event and saw the cake being cut and served with several pieces being left cut on the trays where guests were helping themselves to more. There was alot of cake left over due to half of your guests leaving early. I personally tasted the chicken entree and it was fully cooked. There is a certain deciple the DJ needs to stay within and when there are any noise complaints, we have to tell the DJ to stay within the agreed upon deciple. Also there is no way you could hear the music from the 1st floor to the 11th floor. I am very sorry you feel the way you do and I am certainly disappointed to hear this but the hotel and staff delivered everything according to your contract. I wish you all the best in the future.
