We are a romantic and affordable wedding venue with a historic manor house, charming honeymoon cabin, luxury reception tent, covered pavilion, and beautiful manicured grounds in Westminster, MD. Our manor house hosts separate dedicated get-ready spaces for Bride and Fiancé. Wedding night accommodations in our honeymoon cabin is INCLUDED. We have multiple ceremony sites, both outside and covered, as well as a large luxury reception tent. Many beautiful photo sites include our pond with fountain, our long tree lined drive, our beautiful historic buildings, and surrounding fields. You'll have exclusive use of our property for a full 12 hours, and you can choose your own caterers and other vendors. We also include a choice of wedding arches, and many pieces of décor to help make your wedding beautiful and affordable.

“My Husband and I got married in June 2025 and chose The Christian Royer House, it was the best wedding decision we could have made. Michelle and Jerry are an incredible team. When we toured the venue, I immediately fell in love. The tour was thorough and Michelle was able to answer all of my questions. The booking process was so easy. While planning Michelle was on top of everything, continuously in touch with me sending me the forms, insurance, timelines, and a wedding planning organizer that mad planning a breeze. When it came for wedding day I was so relaxed and confident because everything was planned and taken care of. We got married on one of the hottest days of the summer and Michelle, Jerry and their team took care of us so well! Truly superstars. Not a single thing went wrong during wedding day, if it did, I didn’t know about it and I’m sure Michelle and my coordinator took care of it. The house is so beautiful and the perfect amount of space to get ready. We had a bridal party of 18, with several children, and many family members, there was space for everyone. The honeymoon cabin was the best thing we didn’t know we needed. Being able to stay at the venue in a peaceful cabin and wake up at our venue, enjoy some coffee on the porch before we left for our honeymoon was heaven. I truly cannot rave enough about how perfect this venue is. I will always be thankful for Michelle, Jerry and their beautiful venue. Please book them!”

“As soon as we arrived, we were so glad that we had chosen Milton Ridge and knew that we had made the right choice. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were with us through every step of our wedding day with lots of support and smiles. The cottage for getting ready is very cute, the chapel is beautiful, and the reception hall is great as well. They have many services included in their various wedding packages like catering, DJ, photographer, and cake. They also have outside vendors that they work with frequently, such as hair and make-up and a florist, who are all wonderful. They are inclusive, and they are supportive of LGBT weddings. My now wife and I are part of the LGBT community, and we were treated very well by the entire team. We were able to have our wedding exactly how we wanted, and they worked with us on every detail. On the day, they had the entire day scheduled and kept us on track, which is actually so necessary and helpful on a day when you're trying to do so many things. “The moment we first toured The Hummingbird Chateau we fell in love and knew this was where we were meant to get married. Working with Angela and the owners were amazing. Went above and beyond and made our vision come to life with the expansive decor they offer and her creative eye! I can’t recommend them enough! Beautifully unique venue, stunning decor to choose from their vast inventory, the eclectic colorful farmhouse has an amazing photo opportunity in every nook and cranny! The bridal suite is gorgeous and relaxing and the grooms area was spectacular. I could go on and on raving about everything this venue offers. We were married in one of the outdoor locations by the greenhouse and it was perfect (the rain plan ceremony spot was a stunning back up option-so many great areas to choose from).
