Alex did various check ups throughout the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, whether that be a zoom call, phone call, or text. This helped us stay on track with planning. On top of that, his questionnaire was very thorough and detailed. He really got to know my husband and I, and with the questionnaire he was able to capture what we wanted.
