“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “We had a great time working with Rian. We really loved Rian's passion for music. We provided a list of songs for Rian and he did a great job curating the music and his additions worked very well. His mixing was smooth and clean! Our wedding venue was in a remote location and Rian was able to provide equipment for three separate sites with only one site being indoors with outlets. “My husband and I got married this past August and I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but we had a big move and time got away from us. As a wedding vendor myself I know how important it is to have a DJ that can balance fun and professionalism, but Joey Chang did just that. He was punctual, detail oriented, and our guest couldn’t stop talking about how good he was, both as a musician and as a DJ. I really appreciated the time and effort he took to insure that no details were missed. We booked a lighting package as well and our ceremony space looked even better than I could have imagined. Joey made sure the ceremony audio was perfect. Everyone could hear the whole ceremony which was really important to us. And when he played cello for our processional and recessional, the sound really filled the space and sounded beautiful. During our cocktail hour he played cello and did some beatboxing, we were so impressed and our guests loved it as well, they were talking about how good he was and how they could hardly believe it was live music. After dinner the dance floor was full the whole night. Even months later we still have people telling us how much fun they had dancing, how great our playlist was, and how much they liked our DJ. If you want your wedding to be classy, romantic, a total rager, and go off without a hitch, I would highly recommend hiring Cello Joe!”

“Ana & Jimmy were in a different league from the moment we met them. On our first Zoom, they listened to everything I said about our taste and our vibe… and then gently told me that our beloved saxophonist idea didn’t match anything we had described. They recommended a guitarist instead— and thank goodness, because they were absolutely right. Their planning process was incredibly thoughtful.. and for me, hilarious. Their music surgery? Thorough and genius, and apparently visible to them before you hit submit. Which meant they saw me type things like “Haed pass,” “No thank you,” and “What even is that??” Live. Thankfully, they have incredible senses of humor. They checked in multiple times, did a full site visit, and showed up with a sound team who stayed all night to make sure everything was flawless. They even coordinated our private outdoor first dance with our violinist while sending the music inside to guests — seamlessly. But the reception is where they catapulted into untouchable territory. They don’t just sing and DJ… they perform. Including: * the full, committed N’SYNC “Bye Bye Bye” choreography * A Blink - 182 elder millennial scream-along that transported us back to 2003 * Coming onto the dance floor to hype everyone * Interacting with guests like they’ve known us forever. I don’t dance— and I was on that dance floor all night. Our guests are still texting us about how unreal the band was and we’ve heard “best wedding I’ve ever been to” on multiple occasions. My only genuine disappointment is that the wedding is over and I don’t get to hang out with Ana and Jimmy anymore. Hire AMP DJ/BAND HYBRID. Thank me later”

“I hired this agency for our hedge fund company anniversary in London and as well for my daughter's wedding in South of France. Steve and Patryce were amazing listeners.
