From the very beginning, Mike took the time to understand our vision, answered every call, text, and email incredibly quickly, offered thoughtful advice, and handled vendor communication and venue challenges without ever adding stress to my plate. On our wedding day, Mike and his assistant Gabby kept me calm, made me feel completely taken care of, and somehow managed to keep me blissfully unaware of any challenges that came up throughout the day. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I knew they had everything under control. Mike and Gabby truly brought my wedding day vision to life even better than I imagined (and better than the Pinterest inspo pics I had). Every detail was beautiful, and they added thoughtful touches throughout the day that made everything feel extra special. My favorite example: Mike actually measured every place setting with a ruler because he learned I'm a stickler for perfectly straight lines- that's the level of care he puts into his work. Mike is worth his weight in gold and then some. He and Gabby are kind, organized, incredibly talented, and genuinely care - I would trust Emerald Feather Events with any event I ever plan in the future, and I already miss working with Mike. I can't recommend Emerald Feather Events highly enough – honestly, month-of-coordination with Mike was, without question, the best investment we made during our entire wedding.”

“I spent hours trying to find a local company to rent a restroom trailer from. Everything was priced so insane and I almost gave up on having one for my wedding. Luckily I managed to find Potty Pals the last day I gave myself to look. Their pricing was almost unbelievable compared to the other quotes I got. They got back to me fast and were great at communicating with us. It's also a small family owned business which is amazing. Booking and delivery/pickup were super easy and restrooms were super clean. My wedding was on Halloween and they even decorated the trailer for the holiday! I got so many compliments from my guests about how cute the bathrooms were. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend Potty Pals to anyone!”

“Mike is a consummate professional. I originally found him off of the bash, and of course, I just decided to book him independently so that things would be easier communications wise. I remember the first phone call that we had, I had to laugh, because as I myself and weddings And Events Violinist, he is so similar to me. He stays organized, asks all the right questions, is very good at communicating back right away, even during odd hours, and was very good at being upfront about pricing and sending over the contract in a timely manner. He had a full song list, prepared and organized by genre, which I appreciated, and I appreciated even more that he and the band can learn any song without an extra charge even if it’s not on the list. His suggestions and his knowledge about how the Wedding Reception is organized really helped me out, since to be honest, I was pretty clueless about when certain things like the speeches, the cake cutting, and the bouquet should be. During the phone call with my mother, he assured her that he would help us to negotiate with our venue to get a discount on the outside entertainer fee. We were successful with this, and in that regard, I appreciate that he saved us a lot of money. It was very clear to me from the beginning that he loves what he does, and is in it for the love of music, rather than for hearing the word, Wedding and automatically thinking how can I charge a ridiculous fee just because it’s a wedding. For an eight piece band, they’re extremely affordable, and I love that we even had to say in what they would wear. Overall, the flexibility, ease of communication, and attention to Details made it a really fun and stress-free process and made for a fantastic Wedding Reception. He went above and beyond when we had to find a new Officiant at the last minute due to issues with our existing one, and found two options for us within a few minutes, we already ended up finding someone else, but the fact that he did this when I asked, even without being obligated to, shows his strength of character. The wedding day was simply fantastic, the band had so much energy, and they even came onto the dance floor and interacted with myself and my husband, it was just that extra touch of magic, and everyone was on the dance floor at one point, they kept the energy going, and I believe they even stayed later than contracted, which was not expected, but was very sweet of them. What a fantastic group of individuals!”

From start to finish, our DJ Andy Jimenez was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was prompt, responsive, and incredibly organized. Their planning app made it so easy for us to input our song choices for each moment of the day, leave notes, and answer any key questions. By the time we had our final meeting with Andy, we felt completely at ease knowing that all of our music, sound, and performances were in expert hands. We had a family member as our main MC, and Andy was so flexible in collaborating with them, stepping in seamlessly when needed. We also added a photobooth and CO2 bubbles through Xclusive Deejays, both were huge hits! We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. “What a wonderful experience! Where to start. Samantha and Dawn were both amazing. Dawn was our photographer for our small wedding. We were so clueless on timing and how to do things. Samantha really stepped right in, created a timeline, and really knew what I was looking for. Dawn showed up early, I loved that! She really went above and beyond all day. I told her I needed her guidance and she really stepped up in so many ways. She made me feel so comfortable and even with my dress ripping, she still somehow made my pictures look better than I could have ever imagined. Everything was chaotic and she really was so patient and kind. Helped me with so many things. I could go on and on. She really captured the special moments I had asked for and more. I had a small wedding and I received my photos back surprisingly fast. Any question or small changes I needed to make Samantha was absolutely wonderful and made them perfect. She was so kind to me and even when I had my bridal meltdown cry, she listened and offered the sweetest words of encouragement. So many things went wrong the days before and of my wedding, even on my honeymoon, coming back to beautiful photos made it so much better. I’m so thankful for these ladies! They are true angels”
