“I was sold on this venue during my initial search. After hours of research on wedding venues in the Orlando area, I kept coming back to this venue since it offers everything a couple could possibly need for their best day ever! Not only is the venue is unique and stunning with such rich history, but from a business perspective, the venue and their staff are really spectacular when it comes to event management. Highly recommend choosing vendor from their vendor list as well since these vendors work together constantly and truly know how to make wedding run smoothly. It was such a peace of mind working with this venue and their extended team for that reason! For example, we ended up selecting their option for all-inclusive catering (rentals) which was specific to the venue, and it was such a relief that the venue and catering company just took care of everything! “Danny Garcia is a legend of a DJ. He was recommended to us by our venue staff (who had selected him for their own wedding!), and we could not be happier with our decision to go with him. During the planning process, he has an app for couples to use which has everything to help the day run smoothly and to help curate the vibes for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance floor. He is also quick to respond and helpful for any questions you have throughout the entire planning process, and during planning meetings, he goes over both big picture ideas and small details you wouldn’t have considered to make the day flow well. On the day of the wedding, he had perfect transitions during ceremony music, and he edits songs with seamlessly when needed. As an MC, he was so engaging with guests, he made the order of events flow without us having to think or worry about anything, and he brought the energy to another level. The dance floor was a huge highlight of the night for us and for all of our guests—two months out from our wedding day, we still have friends and family compliment how energetic and fun the dance floor was compared to other weddings they have been to. He truly knows how to read the crowd and tailor the setlist to match the energy of the couple and guests. If we had to redo our wedding day a thousand times, we would pick Danny every single time. He’s the best in the business, and we would recommend him to anyone getting married who wants a personalized, flawless, professional DJ experience. “If you want your wedding day to be unforgettable, you need to choose this group of wonderful people! Here me out- when I first had a consultation call with them and heard the price, I was hesitant because we just spent 46.5K on the wedding and we were nervous to spend more. BUT these ladies were angels! You will see that on the video calls, but you will especially see it on the day of the wedding! Oh my goodness! EVERYTHING was perfect and went very smooth! Just remember: something is likely to go wrong on your wedding day. For example, my husband got kicked out of his room the day of the wedding because his parents accidentally paid for 1 instead of 2 nights! My MIL had my husband on speaker phone in front of me while I was having makeup put on already nervous and stressing out. She was complaining after about money and how it’s ridiculous. The team was amazing at deescalating the situation! One person helped my husband move his stuff to my dad’s room while another member got my MIL out of the room by asking if she wants to go see her son. This helped TREMENDOUSLY! There were several things that were forgotten- no problem! They got it for us! My dress was hard to get on- no problem! They helped me in it! They set up ALL the decor for us and even made decisions for us so I didn’t have to worry the day-of! They were absolutely incredible! Noelle was with me for most of the day, and she was truly a fairy godmother like the other review said! She took VERY good care of all of us including the team. Although Michelle wasn’t assigned to be the main coordinator the day of my wedding, she literally visited us multiple times!!! They truly care and want the best for your wedding. These people know Disney super well and work really well with Disney. It was nice to have an outside service that knew my Disney wedding planner, officiant, photographer, videographer, etc! It’s so awesome because honestly, my husband and I made new friends out of this experience with them, and we are forever grateful for that! To everyone at FTWB, THANK YOU for making our wedding absolutely PERFECT! You all are special, talented, super kind, caring, smart, creative people!”
