She even allotted time for touch ups right before she left so our makeup was fresh. A few weeks before the wedding, she put together a timeline and sent it over to me for approval, giving about 40-50 minutes for each girl and an hour for me, and then an additional 30 minutes for touch ups. We didn’t feel rushed, and she made everyone feel absolutely flawless that day. Nicole understood my vision and worked effortlessly to simply highlight our natural features. “Natalie and Hector were truly a dream come true! Natalie helped the day run so smoothly and everything was so perfect and well organized. She was very communicative and on point leading up to the day. She set up and organized everything exactly as I requested. Natalie and Hector were so sweet and accommodating. The content creation package was great and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Since we didn't want a videographer, the content creation was perfect for us- To capture the day and have small clips for memories without the expensive cost. The photo booth was so cute and our guests loved it. Very nice camera with video, boomerang, and photo options for the guests to select with a nice backdrop setup. “Chris was amazing to work with, we are so glad we picked him to DJ for our reception! He was a recommended DJ from my venue and from the first moment we contacted him he was fun and efficient. At the wedding, his set up was really nice and professional looking for both the DJ booth and the photo booth. Whenever we had questions leading up to the day and afterwards, Chris and his team responded extremely fast. Our family aren't big partiers but Chris brought out a fun vibe for everyone to enjoy and we had a lot more dancers than we thought we would. Our 4 year old niece was on the dance floor the entire night! The photo booth was also a huge hit and we got some awesome photos of our guests that way as well. Highly recommend!”

“Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. From start to finish, she made sure we felt supported, seen, and, most importantly, stress-free. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She coordinated everything down to the details we cared about most, like our private last dance and getting all the shots we wanted. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Despite the hurricane and a 2-hour drive to get to us, Allie didn’t skip a beat, reworking things as needed and keeping everything on track. We genuinely had the most amazing day, and that was thanks to her.
