Dolce Colpo is led by designer/artist/pastry chef, Mary Ciesicki, with a background in visual arts and design. Every Cake is a Work of Art! Specializing in cakes/cupcakes or cookies- whatever your sweet tooth desires.

It started with a hobby, witch turned into a dream, and eventually became a reality for the empty nester of our company. The quaint specialty shop opened its doors in December 2009 and features specialty cupcakes and cakes. Each of our cupcakes is baked fresh each morning then topped with our special recipe buttercreams, made each week in house with quality products and fresh butter. Everything is in the details , down to the hand tied ribbon on the boxes.

Hearth cakes and pastries are based in French technique and method but with a more American take on flavor. It is a mesh of the best two aspects of classic American and French desserts. The cakes tend to have a more whimsical or natural feel to the design.

Top Tier Cakes is a bakery specializing in cakes for all occasions, especially wedding cakes. Founded by award winning chef Ashley Josin (Zinicola), Top Tier is excited to design a wedding cake just for you.

Gailz Goodiez has catered over 50 weddings with delicious cake pops! With over 30 flavors to choose from, they will certainly please all of your guests. Gluten-free, Vegan, Keto, nut-free and sugar free are all available. Each cake pop comes individually wrapped and tied with either a twisty or a colored ribbon ($1 more per dozen). They are baked and decorated to order and are sold by the dozen. Cookies and other goodies are also available. This is a home based business and all products are home produced under the Ohio Cottage Law.

Scratch Bakery began in 2016, as my passion for baking grew into a full time “job.” I enjoy working with my clients to create the perfect treats for their occasions. My main focus is taste, taste, taste - using quality ingredients and made all from scratch. If something looks wonderful, but doesn’t taste good, I do not use it. Part of the reason I began baking and decorating was due to unmet expectations. I don’t ever want my clients to feel as though they didn’t receive what they were hoping for.

Any Way You Ice It was founded by the imagination of my mother, Janene Housley, and I. I grew up around the creation of wedding cakes by my mom. From the baking to the delivery, I was always intrigued. I attended the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute. I graduated top of my class with a two-year degree, a diploma and a Pastry Chef title. I suit the traditional and the modern bride’s needs …if you can dream it I will make it! I specialize in cupcakes and small cakes with classic flavors and exciting twists. I work with American Buttercream, Swiss Buttercream, and Italian Buttercream, but I don’t do fondant. I’m located in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, and I offer delivery!
