Frankie is the owner and we met with him to organize the details and talk through our hopes and plans for the day. He was great throughout the process. Day of we had DJs Jake and Ricky who made sure the dance floor was full of energy and helped our special plans come to life from our first dance, to the generational dance with our family, to the Alley Cat line dance tribute to my late grandmother, and a surprise dance my fiancé did for me! And they let us “dance in the clouds” at all the perfect moments. It was the best surprise when the clouds appeared again during the anniversary dance and our final dance. They also did all of our announcements perfectly! They read the room well, and they checked in with us about the schedule a few times throughout the night to ensure we were happy with the flow and confirm we were ready for the next thing. “All I can say is WOW!!!!! For starters, working with EBE was so easy. From my first call with Mike, I knew we were in good hands. He gave us all the info and answered any questions we had. Before I get to the band, we also had a photo booth through EBE and I am so happy we decided to add it. Our guests loved it!! PLUS the attendant made an awesome album of all of the pictures with notes from our guests!! That was such a special thing to have to look through the next morning. And the attendant couldn’t have been any sweeter!! Now for the band…. We chose RIO and it was the best decision we made. Jonathan, the bandleader, was so kind and easy to work with. We emailed back and forth about what we’d like for the wedding and filled out a sheet that kinda organized all our thoughts. When we met with Jonathan we left the call and were like we are going to have the best wedding ever. He said “we’re going to knock the paint off the walls” and he did not disappoint!!!!! Rio was ELECTRIC. For one they are so so talented!! We had multiple guests say they performed songs better than the artist and we do not disagree!!! They had EVERYONE on the dance floor all night long - all different ages. And that is exactly what we wanted for our wedding. My husband and I love to dance and just love everyone being together and having a good time. You could feel the love and happiness in the room all night long and that is in large part because of Rio. The band members even came out and got on the dance floor at points and we LOVED it. They played hit after hit, fed off the crowd and perfectly fit the vibe we wanted. the next morning, the venue coordinator told us in her 15 years there, she’s never seen the dance floor that packed the entire night. She said usually there’s a lull but it never happened. And that’s all because of Rio!!! Jonathan helped us create a timeline for the night as well and it was perfect. It never felt like people were sitting at their tables for too long, which is something we really wanted to avoid. Everyone just had so much fun. We are STILL getting texts from our friends and family saying they wish they could party with Rio again. Everyone said it was the best wedding band they’ve ever experienced and my husband and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you Jonathan, EBE, and Rio for everything!!!!!”

Eddie was easy to communicate with, and was there for us through the whole experience from beginning to end. The second it was dance time, they got the crowd up and out onto the dance floor in a heartbeat, and most didn’t leave the dance floor until the night was over. DJ was good, knew what songs to play, when to play them, and played the ones I wanted. And the emcee was awesome, funny & easily able to get people involved in whatever!! He kept guests on the dance floor all night long, and did a great job MCing our event and helping us orchestrate several performances. We planned special entrances for each member of the bridal party, a surprise choreographed dance, and multiple speeches which he handled with ease. He also brought great lighting and photobooth, which was a hit with the guests. His prices were very reasonable while still delivering high quality service. “Eclectic Entertainment was fantastic to work with for our wedding! After the initial phone call, they set up the entire timeline and music on a convenient online portal, which I really appreciated. The week before the wedding, I was able to speak directly with DJ Big George and our photographer JP to finalize all the details. DJ Big George was fabulous - he kept the music flowing smoothly and read the crowd perfectly, even though I didn't provide a detailed playlist. JP the photographer was fantastic! Had a great personality and always there to capture the important moments, like when my dress broke right before the ceremony and he offered tools to help the girls fix it! He spent extra time making sure we were posed well and I cannot wait to see the photos! Eclectic Events truly made our special day even more memorable. We had a fantastic time dancing all night thanks to their incredible service.”
