Hi! My name is Alixx. I've been a hair stylist for 17 years. I do HAIR ONLY. I do NOT do makeup. My true passion is weddings! I was the special occasion hair specialist for Jamison Shaw Hairdressers in Atlanta Ga. for 3 years. I've traveled all over for photo shoots and weddings from NYC, Chicago, Mexico, Bermuda and Spain! I was a stylist for the Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders from 2007-2011. My work has been published in the Atlantan, Jezebel magazine, Atlanta Weddings Magazine, and People magazine. My greatest accomplishment was doing the hair for all the bridesmaids and moms in Carrie Underwoods wedding.

“Kyrtisha of Virtous Slay was so sweet and was great with doing what you wanted and blended with her artistic talent. Everyone looked amazing! My one and only complaint was my hair started falling once the dancing started but I was getting down pretty hard, in her defense. So I’d say ask for double the bobbie pins if doing an updo (mine was with extensions). Boy can she make your eyes pop! LOVED my eye makeup the most.”

“Meredith was incredible! I got married in Leicster NC and had Meredith come from SC to do mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Her prices were very fair and definitely worth paying the extra for her to travel. She was so sweet and made me feel like an actual princess on my wedding day. What really sets her apart from others is that she focuses on the experience she provides and not just the results. On a day that is very chaotic Meredith was such a calming presence.
