My ability to move forward with any service depends on timely communication, and mutual professionalism. Unfortunately, there were multiple instances of missed communication, delayed responses, and that made it difficult for us to proceed confidently and professionally. It was never my intention to cause disappointment. My goal is always to serve clients with care and consistency, especially on such meaningful occasions. A full refund has been processed and while I understand you are upset, there were many attempts to communicate in preparation for your day.
