She sends out emails in the months leading up to your day with all her recommendations regarding extensions and hair and makeup prep. Most H&MU artists had crazy service minimums and I just needed H&MU for myself, my mom, and my MOH. We're a quieter bunch and also very insecure lol but she made us feel comfortable and definitely matched our energy the day of.
