Hair and Makeup is my passion, I have loved creating looks with hair and makeup since I was little. I love working with Brides and that I get to make an impact on such an important day in your life. The past 19 years I have spent doing Hair and Makeup for QVC where I got to work with many different people which allowed me to grow as an artist.

I have many years of experience and have worked on different platforms. I’m easy going but structured at the same time. I have been told I have a calm energy and easy to be around which makes this job great for me. 😊

    Karen Zaffarano Hair and Makeup provided exceptional service for our wedding day. Her communication was clear and prompt, which put me at ease throughout the process. Karen and her assistant’s work was very skilled, professional, and patient. Karen and her assistant made all of us feel comfortable and beautiful during our hair and makeup sessions. They even accommodated a last-minute request to add someone for hair and makeup. Karen knew the perfect techniques and makeup touches for each of us, and we all looked stunning for the big day.     For my bridal trial, Karen made my bridal hair and makeup dreams come to life! She had me feel like a princess bride! I loved how she asked what I thought along the way and made tweaks to my liking. Karen made me feel so comfortable and took her time dolling me up. She was very sweet and easy to talk with, making me feel special preparing for my wedding day. Happy to know I’m in good hands for my wedding. Thanks Karen!

    I cannot recommend Karen enough. She was extremely easy to work with and very talented. I was very nervous about looking "overdone" and in response to my request she did a very very natural look in the trial, that we then built on a bit. Her low hairdo was absolutely gorgeous, elegant, and romantic -- I didn't even do a trial for it, I just sung it day-of, and she did a wonderful job. They did a great job on everyone else as well, a crew full of makeup wearers and crunchy natural non-makeup wearers. Everyone looked unique, beautiful, and elegant. No question I would hire her all over again.

    Karen was amazing! She was so accommodating, helpful, and made planning and prep stress free. I had a lot of questions/concerns and she solved every thing with such kindness. Everyone RAVED about her and her team, and our makeup and hair came out amazing!!
