Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch was the original namesake of the McKellar’s citrus farm back in 1927. On this ranch, Hugh and Vernice McKellar built a home and raised their family. Under the new name of McKellar Ranch, their son, and our current owner, Farmer Bob McKellar, still farms the same citrus orchards that his father Hugh planted years and years ago. Spanning generations, the farm has been many things to many people. This place has been home to countless memories that have helped mold and shape lives. Historic Seven Sycamores isn't just a venue; it is a home with history at its heart, where life has lived. With its panoramic views, sweeping lawns, and historic buildings, the Paicines Ranch is the perfect location to begin your happily ever after! The ranch has a peaceful and magical feel that helps our couples feel relaxed and really take in the moments of their special day! With our 27 rooms in the event center, you can spend the whole weekend with family and friends and truly make your wedding a weekend to remember!

The Grand 1401 offers two beautiful ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom is located on the 1st floor and has a capacity of up to 500 guests and comes with a Mezzanine that oversees the ballroom. The Grand on 10th is located on the 10th floor and has a capacity of up to 300 guests and has access to the veranda that overlooks downtown Fresno. The Grand 1401 is on the official list of the Nation's historic places worthy of preservation. The former SJL&P Building is a highly significant building in Fresno, both as a visual architectural landmark for the City and as an excellent example of the Italian Renaissance Revival style.

Weddings include wedding design, planning and coordination, exclusive use of all Sand Rock Farm venue spaces for six hours of event time, complimentary custom wedding cake, cafe lighting, wine barrel cocktail tables, rustic wood bars, fire pit lounge, restrooms, and venue management. Clients work with preferred vendors for catering, sound/music, floral design and shuttle services. A lodging buyout is optional. Sand Rock Farm is also a great location for romantic elopements, engagement photo shoots, retreats, corporate events and film shoots.

Point San Luis Historic 1800's Lighthouse is surrounded by thousands of acres of protected coastal land. It provides the perfect Central California coastline backdrop for relaxed elegant beach wedding ceremony. Your event starts with guest taking a classic trolley ride along the coast to our estate. Your ceremony takes place on a private beach bluff for a memorable moment framed by the Pacific Ocean. The outdoor reception area is available for cocktails, dinner, dancing, and a perfect place to watch the sunset over the water.

The Highlands House is an elegant-meets-homey mansion with a private yard nestled in enchanted forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The venue features several rooms for dining and dancing, a wet bar, a large kitchen, two changing rooms, an elegant staircase perfect for grand entrances. A brick pathway leads from the house to the lawn. There, you’ll find a ceremony area on one side and on the other, space large enough for guests to dine and play yard games. The lawn is surrounded by trees and hedges, creating intimacy for your upscale backyard party. Tables and chairs are provided. The rest - from décor to caterers - is up to you, which makes the Highlands House an extraordinarily customizable venue. The Highlands House can host up to 200 people in the peak season (April – October) and 100 during the winter season (November – March). This includes your guests, vendors, and anyone else helping you on your big day.
