Garden

Lush, green gardens and lawn for upscale Garden wedding.

The Garden is our outdoor venue that can accommodate up to 250 guests for a wedding ceremony and reception. Depending on the estimated guest count, ceremonies can be set inside of the Barn Pavillon, in front of the barn doors or on the West Lawn. The vine arbor can host cocktail hours, bar and buffet lines. Reception is most often hosted on the open lawn in front of the Barn. The Barn Pavilion is a multipurpose space that transitions to become the dance floor later in the evening.

Glass Barn

Cedar walls and antique windows that create an intimate, romantic space

From a citrus packing house to a wedding venue, couples have celebrated their marriage surrounded by the antiqued windowed walls of The Glass Barn that can accommodate 150 guests for ceremony or reception. Includes a wood bar for serving your signature cocktails and an outdoor fire pit lounge area to enjoy with your guests. String lighting stretches across the outdoor patio and dimmable canned lighting along the ceiling indoors giving off the most romantic glow in the evening.

    Beautiful Venue

    My now Husband and I just got married at Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch on April 26 2025. Through out the entire process the venue administrator Samantha was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and kind when answering our questions and she seemed genuinely happy for us as well. The venue itself is so gorgeous, there are so many wonderful picture spots! There is also places for the bride and groom to get ready! We are just so happy we chose to work with them. Our day was so magical.

Clients must choose a package with our exclusive partner, Cellar Door. Bars may be hosted or non-hosted with beer, wine, and champagne or full bar.
Yes, we have onsite parking that can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Our Garden venue, Glass Barn, onsite restrooms, parking lot, and venue office (Blue Room) are wheelchair accessible.
Our rental fee includes exclusive use of both the Garden and Glass Barn venues, 6 hours of scheduled event time, set-up and breakdown of venue equipment including fruitwood folding chairs, farmhouse tables, and 6ft banquet linen tables, (2) dressing spaces for wedding party, onsite venue manager, event staff, (3) planning meetings onsite, and 1-hour rehearsal.
Your reservation includes six hours of schedule event time (start of ceremony to end of reception), access to venue for set-up and photos 5 hours prior to event start time, and 1 hours of clean-up after the event has concluded. Additional set-up or event hours are available upon request for an additional fee. All events may begin no earlier than 3pm and must end by 11pm.
The client is required to provide proof of $1,000,000 general liability insurance for the full event weekends (including rehearsal and event date). The insurance must also include Hosted Liquor Liability and must name McKellar Ranch Company as additionally insured.
We offer in-house catering for your convenience, but it is not required. You are welcome to bring in your own licensed and insured caterer. If you plan on serving alcohol, our in-house bartending service is required. You are free to choose your own licensed and insured vendors for services such as DJs, florals, rentals, coordinators or planners, desserts, photography and stationery.
We do not require couples to hire a professional day-of coordinator. We simply ask that you designate a responsible person to act as the main point of contact for all vendors on your wedding day to keep everything running smoothly. Please note that while we’re happy to welcome your chosen professionals, the venue is not responsible for the actions or performance of outside vendors.
