The Barn at Union Lake Orchard was a wonderful place to host our wedding at the end of September. It was the perfect amount of space for our 95 guests. We received so many compliments from our guest on how magical the place felt that night. Karen and Ryan were lovely to work. They were always available to answer questions and were kind enough to let us come to the property several times during the planning phase, always giving us a bag of peaches on the way out. If you are looking for a beautiful, rustic feel with the freedom to hire your own vendors we absolutely recommend!

I looked into countless wedding venues all across New England, but when my then-fiancé and I arrived at Scotland Fields for our venue tour, I immediately knew that it was the place we needed to host our wedding weekend. That gut feeling that this was somewhere really special never wore off, and I know that all of our guests felt that same feeling throughout the entire weekend. We also don't have enough positive things to say about the Scotland Fields team. My husband and I had a very specific vision about how we wanted our weekend to come together, and the team was nothing but accommodating to allow us to create the weekend that we envisioned. They were responsive when we had questions, helpful when we needed recommendations and guidance, and prompt to resolve anything that came up throughout the weekend (not that there was much of anything to resolve!!). We could not recommend this venue more highly, and will forever be grateful for the weekend that Scotland Fields allowed us to curate!

Absolutely speechless. Dell-Lea is chef’s kiss perfect. We had the most amazing fall weather and foliage and sunset. Completely blow away by how effortlessly beautiful the day was - we brought no outside/ceremony decorations because the backdrop is so stunning. Laurie - our day of coordinator - was the master of all masters. She handled everything and seemed to be in 10 places at once all night long. She always checked in with us to see if we needed more food or drinks. She seamlessly handled a vendor snafu - our three bus drivers did not order a meal when I asked before our final headcount was due, but requested a meal on arrival at the venue. Laurie provided them each a meal and I didn’t hear a peep about it until the night was over! She helped my family pack up our decorations at the end of the night and made sure we had everything we needed. She even donated my bridesmaids bouquets to a local nursing home! The food - cannot say enough about how delicious the food was. Multiple guests came up to us during and shortly after dinner service to rave about their meals - the stuffed chicken, espresso encrusted filet, and cashew cheese ravioli. All so good, and my husband and I had all three at our table! The appetizers - incredible! The family recipe crab rangoons are worth the hype! The bartenders were incredible all night and nailed our signature cocktails. Working with Dell-Lea was seamless. I sent only a handful of emails before our details meeting because everything is so clear. Dell-Lea offers rental decorations, so we chose to rent table numbers, eucalyptus strands, centerpiece accents, and popular signage, saving us so much money. We cannot say enough good things about Dell-Lea - our day was so beautiful and perfect. We hope to be a guest at Dell-Lea someday!

We had the most wonderful wedding experience at Wentworth by the Sea and could not recommend this venue to other couples enough. Catherine Chapman and her staff were professional, communicative, and had our best interests in mind right at the start, from working out all of the last-minute details to staying in touch in the weeks following our wedding. They worked to ensure all of our needs were met – from food allergies to necessary photo breaks – and when we had questions or needed a last-minute change in our plans, they did everything they could to go above and beyond our expectations. The biggest takeaway we heard from our guests was how amazing the food and beverages were, and we couldn't agree more. At cocktail hour, the hors d'oeuvres were passed frequently, the appetizer stations were a hit, and the bar staff was excellent at keeping the lines moving. At the reception, there wasn't a clean plate in the entire ballroom. We also appreciated that the venue had great recommendations for vendors. From flowers to rentals and a band that kept everyone on their feet, we felt that we had the best team to support us and make our day look and feel exactly how we imagined. We could not have pictured a more perfect way to celebrate our love, and the staff at Wentworth by the Sea made us feel like one-in-a-million!

We loved having our wedding at the Seacoast Science Center. The venue is simply stunning. We were able to have both our ceremony and reception there with gorgeous views. Holly was so responsive over email during the process. Guests loved being able to go inside and see the marine animals too - it made for such unique and memorable experiences. We got so many incredible photos with the water in the background. Having our wedding at this one-of-a-kind venue really made our day feel special. Booking 2026-2027. Restoring this massive 80 foot Barn has been a huge, but rewarding, project. While keeping its past integrity, we renovated it into a modern venue fit for luxury events. The Barn sits on 25 acres and can accommodate up to 225 guests. We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. We offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. Beech Ridge Barn is a magical wedding venue in rural Maine. The team went above and beyond to create an amazing August day. The tall purple flowers as a backdrop for the ceremony were breathtaking that day. The wooden bridge over the pond is perfect for photos. We used hanging greenery from the barn rafters, and the flowing white curtains draped from the barn roof added elegance The fairy lights throughout the barn created a touch of magic. We were so impressed by the level of detail and care they put into making our wedding day feel like a dream come true. Beech Ridge Barn is an exceptional venue that I would highly recommend to any couple looking for a unique and memorable setting.

Getting married at the Granite Rose was the best decision we made. The planning team there is absolutely amazing - Anna helped us through most planning sessions, and Jill was our day of coordinator - both amazing at their jobs. Between the Granite Rose staff, and the partnerships with many of our vendors, our wedding went off without a hitch, and we were actually able to enjoy the process. We had an absolute blast on our wedding day, and it was absolutley due to this venue and their staff. I do not think we would have enjoyed our day this much if it had been at a different venue. From the decor, to the food, to the bar, to the dancefloor, everything was amazing. Could not have asked for a better crew - Our banquet coordinator, Joshua, had the most amazing energy, and made sure that my husband and I always had what we needed and that any concerns were addressed immediately. Our bartender, Mariah, was great at her job, and remembered everyone's drink order the entire night. The food was phenomenal - so delicious and our Chefs Jim and Joe were able to accomodate every allergy/request with no fuss. Our entire crew was so professional and we are so impressed by the service they provided (shout out Tirk, Kiara, Jen, and Hunter). We would highly recommend using Wedgewood Weddings for your wedding/event, and in particular looking into the Granite Rose, and their awesome team! We loved it!

My now husband and I had an amazing experience at Stonebridge! The venue is beautiful and Halley was wonderful. Very friendly, wicked quick with communication, and super thoughtful. She help me pick out colors and center pieces (which were perfect!) , that was really helpful and took all that stress off me. We had a pretty small wedding, about 20 people, and everyone had an amazing time. The staff was very professional and friendly. The chef was helpful and understanding of a couple of our picky eaters, both him and Halley worked with us to make sure everyone had something to eat that they like. Speaking of food, the food was awesome, even my husbands Italian grandfather loved it! I wouldn't have changed anything about that day 10/10 would recommend.

Vanessa, who resides on site at Veasey Park, made our planning and event execution a total breeze! Her recommendations for bartender and tent/event setup were exactly what we needed. They were attentive and professional. Everyone we encountered in planning and holding our event were so easy to get in touch with, and Vanessa walked us through every step of the way. If you love a beautiful outdoor setting like we do, this historical park is for you! The grounds are stunning, complete with an old 1920’s hunting lodge built by the Veasey family. The park offers stunning views of the lake below, a great playground for young guests to enjoy, and if you time your event correctly, you will find the local farmer bringing his goats in to graze on the abundant vegetation. This venue really focuses on maintaining the natural beauty of the property, both inside and out! If you are looking for a cozier, cooler weather setup, just look to the gorgeous hunting lodge with it’s beautiful hardwood floors and stone chimneys! It was an absolute dream, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choosing Veasey Park for a wedding party!

Prior to getting engaged, we had discussed what our ideal wedding day would look like and had both agreed that a mountain-top ceremony was what we both envisioned. For the moment we turned into the Pat’s Peak parking lot and saw the beautifully maintained grounds, rustic ski-village inspired buildings, and cozy lodge we had a feeling we had found our wedding venue. The wedding team at Pat’s Peak was incredible to work with, helping us through every single step and answering every question we threw their way. A huge standout to us as a couple was how accommodating they were of our requests and the level of personal touches we were permitted to do which made our day extra special. While it is of course important to hear what the bride and groom thought of the venue, an aspect we’d like to add to this review is what our guests thought. It’s been two weeks exactly since our wedding at Pat’s Peak and we’re still receiving non-stop compliments from our guests on the venue we chose. We opted for the summit ceremony and we will remember that chairlift ride and view from the top as we got married for the rest of our lives. The weather was perfect for us (which we know is not always the case) but a BIG reason we picked Pat’s Peak is because we liked the weather back up options that were provided to us. Our guests RAVED about the chairlift ride to the top for the ceremony and the scenic ride down for the reception. Special call out here for the lift operators who went above and beyond to be friendly and genuinely excited for our big day. As the bride and groom, we loved the ability to set up lawn games like giant Jenga and cornhole on the deck that provided the perfect environment for guests to enjoy a cocktail, mingle, and connect during cocktail hour and the reception. We opted for a buffet style meal, which provided more than enough food for our guest count of around 100. Everything from the apps, buffet dinner, s’mores bar and ice cream sundae bar was absolutely delicious. To wrap this review up, we’d like to call out Pat’s Peak staff including Brigid and Mary Beth. These two (including our bartenders, and the rest of the amazing staff) worked tirelessly in perfect coordination with our vendors to make sure our day was completely perfect and ran smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for all their help and hard work. Prior to our wedding, we had no connection or tie to Pat’s Peak but now, it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. If you’re considering Pat’s Peak and looking for a quaint, rustic, and inexplicably cozy wedding venue, we’ve found it.

Choosing a venue is arguably the most important aspect of celebrating a wedding, and the Stevens Estate is absolutely spectacular. I wouldn't do a single thing differently when it comes to choosing a venue. From our very first tour of the Estate, we knew they were setting the bar both aesthetically and in terms of planning, and no other venue surpassed it! Amy and Helen were extremely helpful during the planning process, providing excellent forms and schedules that guided us through. Because Fireside Catering owns and caters at the venue, everything could be discussed and planned all at once, which was great for us as we were coordinating our wedding out of state. On the day of, Amy, Casey and other staff members were beyond kind and helpful. Everyone was extremely attentive to our needs and it really felt like a luxury experience. Everything was run smoothly and professionally. The fact that they take care of setup and cleanup meant that my husband and I could be excited about celebrating our marriage without thinking about logistics. There are all kinds of backdrops for photos - beautiful forest surrounding the building, gorgeous interiors of the Estate. The food was excellent! All our guests said they had a great time, and the dance floor was packed all night! We seriously could not have asked for a more magical day, and it is all thanks to Amy, Helen, and the team at the Stevens Estate. We are so grateful for all their hard work!
