We LOVED having our wedding at Stroudsmoor, and my husband and I are so grateful we chose them for our wedding day. We got married at Ridgecrest venue and had Malia as our coordinator. Not only was she SO helpful and communicative leading up to the big day, on our wedding day Malia ensured that the staff and other venders were coordinated and on schedule and managed all kitchen/food service as well. Every staff member at Stroudmoor demonstrated quality service, professional conduct, and incredible kindness and consideration for not only my husband and I but for our entire bridal party and guests. My guests were all raving about the hors d'oeuvres - many people telling me they're the best they have ever had, and can confirm they were all delicious. We cannot say enough great things about this venue. (also Ridgecrest was STUNNING, the landscape and setting is beautiful for photos)

We had a wonderful experience at Deity for our wedding. They were very organized, had great recommendations for the handful of external vendors we used, and were professional throughout our interaction. The space worked great for our 80 person wedding. There was plenty of space for our guests and we heard raving reviews about the food & cocktails. Additionally, with my mother being in a wheelchair, they were extremely accommodating and had the necessary facilities to help her navigate the event without any issues. Overall, guests loved the intimate feeling of the space, great food, great dj, great bar, everything. Would recommend if you're considering a wedding in Brooklyn!

We had our wedding at the Milestone Mansion on 10/31/2025. The venue is amazing and beautiful. From the moment we toured it, we knew that we wanted to book there. They have both outdoor options for a ceremony as well as an indoor option. We held our ceremony outdoor, down by the gazebo. Then our cocktail hour on the patio, and reception in the ballroom. It was the perfect day. The staff on day of was spectacular, and have heard nothing but good days. We worked with Melissa throughout our planning process and she was great. Was always able to answer questions and accommodating. We added on the day of coordination and had Melissa run our day. Would highly recommend anyone to do that. She took care of all the nitty gritty and we got to enjoy our day completely. It is very apparent that Melissa loves what she does and is very passionate about it. We are not aware of any issues or things that came up, and we have to believe its because she handled everything. She set up our decor and ran our timeline for us. They offer multiple all inclusive packages that can fit anyone's needs, as well as add-on features. I think they are able to fit what anyone is looking for, as they are accommodating and flexible. We switched out one of ours beers in our bar package for a seltzer, and that was a hit. The food was delicious and the bartenders provided great service for our guests.

Event planning is not my forte in the best of times, but when you throw in the added inconvenience that my husband and I live in Europe — I knew it was going to take a miracle to pull off this wedding. Luckily, Willowdale and my amazing coordinator, Alli, were that miracle. Not only is Willowdale a stunning and completely unique venue 365 days of the year, it was a perfect match for our tricky theme: Great Gatsby (my husband’s theme) meets Dark Fairytale (my theme). What really took Willowdale to the next level in my book was their ability to take the stress out of wedding planning so you can actually enjoy this special time in your life. Special shoutout to my coordinator, Alli, who is like a wedding fairy godmother, Type A project manager, and supportive big sister all rolled into one. You name it, she did it: taking our jumble of decor and turning it into a fancy fairyland, helping me trim my boombas so they didn’t peak out of my neckline, wrangling family members, making sure my husband and I had enough to eat and drink, and packing up all our wedding desserts at the end of the night. Our guests can’t stop raving about our wedding and frankly, neither can we. Willowdale is the best in the biz, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

TL;DR - there is plenty of space, the acoustics are awesome, the amenities are plenty and of great quality, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! They have some rules due to the historic nature of the building, but they weren't a problem and the owners will help you figure things out. We rented this space for our wedding. We chose it for a few reasons: -it's very spacious, but the acoustics were still incredible -it's in the middle of town -hotels are a short drive away, plenty of rides available -there is a small lift for those with mobility issues (we had a couple) -the facilities were all clean and new -it is climate-controlled They also supply plenty of chairs and tables, and offer a handful of lighting options (at additional cost) that really make the space feel comfy and welcoming. It's worth noting that Olio is based in a historic building, so there are rules in place to protect the walls, floors, and everything overhead. We didn't find the rules to be a problem, and the owner, Sarah, was very communicative and happy to work with us to satisfy both their rules and our vision. It is also worth noting that, for catering, Olio has a catalog of their own partnered/approved vendors (all full-service) that are trained to work within the rules of the venue. Caterers were available at multiple price points and a variety of cuisines to give plenty of options for people. There is an option to bring in other vendors, but at additional cost due to training. We went with Vinwood Caterers (from their catalog) for our wedding, and were absolutely blown away with the quality of their food and service. Back to the venue itself... When looking online, the pictures were all stunning, but the idea of getting married in a room with concrete walls was admittedly a little off-putting. Once we visited in person, though, we immediately fell in love with it. The nice view of Main Street through the windows and the natural lighting (and later the market lighting and up-lighting) really make the place feel more warm and welcoming than you might expect. There was virtually zero echo in there despite it being so big and open, and the patterning of the concrete is weirdly charming in person, probably thanks to the warm lighting. Pair that with good A/C in the summer and the other things listed above, and we were sold! On the big day, it all paid off and the space felt just as warm and welcoming as we'd hoped. Full-service catering was expensive, but they took care of almost literally everything - including setting up, moving, and breaking down furniture throughout the event - and still provided top notch food and drink. Well worth the cost to not stress about managing all the furniture ourselves and getting out on time. The venue's staff were there to make sure everything was working and kept us informed of things before and during the event. Overall - very glad we went with Olio despite the restrictions. Well worth the time and money for probably the best day of our lives yet!

I had such a wonderful experience having our wedding at Summit. Everything from the first visit to the ceremony was smooth and well done. The owners Russel and Leta are amazing, down to earth people and their whole family helps out with the wedding process. They are so kind, companionate, and really welcoming to their property. Being an all inclusive venue..Becca (the planner who is also so so sweet!!) will walk you through everything you need to start planning and connects you with all the vendors, gives recommendations, as well as works with your coordinator (Susan) to have your wedding be the night of your dreams. The decorator and bartender, Sam, has the most wonderful personality and really knows how to set a table and the mood to keep guests happy. Everyone whom i dealt with was inviting, warm and accommodating to any and every need we had; even going out of their way for a few. This family is the ideal need for any kind of wedding or special event you could ask for. They have just about everything to make your vision come to life with how you want your reception to look and be. So many decor options to choose from and even a Pinterest board to visualize it. The pictures definitely doesn't do this venue justice with how beautiful and amazing it truly is. From the mountain view to the draped barn; it really is breath taking. I chose October to have the leaves changing for my photos and was blown away by how beautiful it all was cast against the blue mountains when i walked up day of. Believe me when i say it definitely is a sight to see in person. Other things include: being handicapped accessible, aiding those who need it to get to the barn from the connecting gravel parking area, lawn games to play while the couples are taking photos, four different bathrooms connected to the barn, patio and smoking areas, and plenty of open room for dancing, rental house on site for wedding party/family (which is also a gorgeous little home). I cannot express how thankful i am to have found and had the pleasure of having my wedding at Summit Farms. I highly recommend this venue. The kindness, surrounded by family and feeling like they're your own, to the amazing views, to the awesome look of the barn and property.. Thank you so much again for hosting the Connoles.

We had our wedding reception at the Villa this September and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Biggest thanks to Ellen Jones (our event producer) and all the employees at this venue. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are amazingly kept and beautiful! Our reception was in the tent and it provided the indoor and outdoor feel we were looking for! The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests absolutely loved all the passed hors d’oeuvres and meals. The Villa made communicating and planning so easy for us! Ellen was an absolute gem. She communicated extremely well from beginning to end and made the whole process very easy. Our wedding reception was somewhat unique (we didn’t do our ceremony at the Villa and we wanted our wedding ceremony video to be played during cocktail hour) but Ellen made sure it was the exact vision I was aiming for. She sent many helpful tips throughout the process. We are forever grateful for Ellen and I hope everyone books with her and the Villa for the most seamless wedding process possible!

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Walden Chicago. From the moment we toured the venue with Maria, we knew it was the perfect place for our November 2024 wedding. A huge added perk that we quickly learned was going to make a huge difference in our wedding planning experience was the included in-house planning team. Kalila and Alyssa supported us from beginning to end. Throughout the planning process both Kalila and Alyssa were attentive and responsive. Whether they were recommending vendors, answering one of many questions, helping us sort through rehearsal dinner options, or navigating final meetings and details they were with us through every step of the way. The online planning tool you gain access to through Walden helps you stay organized and makes sure you don’t forget any detail (big or small). When we had a slight mishap with our cake the day of the wedding they had already reached out to the bakery on our behalf before the wedding was over and a partial refund for the cake was secured by the next morning. Our wedding day ran smoothly thanks to Kalila and Alyssa. I felt as though I did not have to worry about a thing. The planning team handled all communication with vendors and kept us on schedule which allowed for us both to be very present on our big day. I have to highlight the spacious bridal suite as it was the perfect place to start the day. With 9 bridesmaids, a mother of the bride and a mother of the groom you naturally worry about any space feeling cramped but the separate getting ready stations and lounge area allowed everyone to be relaxed and comfortable the morning of the wedding and throughout the wedding day. This was also the perfect space to be tucked away post ceremony to enjoy our first moments together as newlyweds. Walden had our signature drinks and the appetizers waiting for us to enjoy a quiet moment alone before heading down to join our cocktail hour. The rooftop at golden hour made for some breathtaking photos, the ceremony space lit with candles crated the perfect ambiance for our Friday evening ceremony, and the cocktail and reception spaces decorated to fit our vision made for the most memorable day. After the tasting party a few months prior to the wedding, we knew the food and drinks were going to be a stand out part of the evening. Because we were given multiple options for appetizers, salads, mains and drinks, we were really able to personalize the menus to our taste. Guests raved about our food and drinks. We were told by nearly every guest that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Walden seamlessly accommodated various guests food restrictions and allergies as well. As we look back on our wedding day, all we can do is smile. The combination of the beautiful spaces, top-notch planning, and incredible food and drinks made our special day even more memorable. We highly recommend Walden to any couple looking to make their Chicago wedding dreams come true.

I’m still smiling thinking about my wedding at The Lake House Inn. Saying “I do” with the lake right behind us was so beautiful—I’ll never forget that view. The ballroom looked stunning, and dancing with the doors open to the water felt magical. Cocktail hour was super fun with the big indoor-outdoor space. Jeffrey Miller Catering nailed the food—my guests are still talking about it. Having all the rooms on site meant no one had to leave, and the fire pit after-party was my favorite part. Marina was like a mom to me the whole time, and Craig made sure everything went perfectly. Best decision ever.

Easthampton, MA
  • Up to 200 guests
  • All-inclusive

  • Starts at $6,600

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

We had the most beautiful wedding at The Boylston Rooms. From the moment we first spoke with Erin and Myles we know this would be the venue we would choose. They saw our vision and really went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. We were thrilled to be able to utilize their massive library of decorations and supplies to avoid having to purchase a ton of decorative elements and we donated the things we did end up purchasing so that they didnt end up sitting in our house (or worse, a landfill!) Myles and Erin both made absolutely certain that we got to enjoy every moment, including our food, and that we got to spend a moment alone together right after the ceremony to celebrate. Alyssa was by my side all day as my biggest cheerleader. I'm an emotional person who doesn't love being the center of attention. She had the most reassuring presence and all kinds of tricks up her sleeve. I will never forget her helping me take deep breaths, holding a cold can of Diet Coke on my chest to help calm me down. The Boylston Rooms made our wedding day so special, and we can't recommend them highly enough. We probably could've had a beautiful wedding anywhere if we had been willing to dedicate our entire lives to it for the year prior or shell out thousands of dollars for a planner and coordinator. But at The Boylston Rooms we didnt have to do either. We had a gorgeous wedding and it was affordable but above all it was effortless. With their help? We would do it again in a heartbeat.

If you're planning to have a small intimate wedding, love the vibe of DTLA and want a venue with character and values inclusivity, The Oviatt is literally the perfect choice. Bonus point for being super affordable. The Oviatt team made it really straightforward and easy for us from the jump. From the moment we inquired, Gabe got back to us really fast. He informed us immediately when another couple was interested on the date we were looking at and gave us ample time to lock it in. Lindsey and Cami were our main point of contact after signing the contract, they provide you a welcome kit with all the info you'll need (such as vendor insurance and how to acquire it, parking, rental they can provide, layout guidelines etc.) and a checklist along with their due dates for everything they'll need from you. They even have a preferred vendor list in the welcome kit which is going to help you LOADS in wedding planning. Going with one of their preferred caterers is highly recommended. Oh and their bar? 1000/10 delicious drinks. We still think about the espresso martini. seriously. The value for money is incredible considering everything you'll get and zero hidden fees! We're absolutely in love with this venue. It made our special day even more magical because of its natural charm and the Oviatt team was so lovely to work with. Not only did we fall in love with this place more, our guests did as well 3 We miss everything about this art deco hottie of a place.

We had a beautiful Fall wedding at Green Acres, made possible through the expert hands of Megan. The event space is beautiful all on its own, including an updated bridal suite, charming rustic barn details and sprawling grounds for extended outdoor space. Leading up to the big day, Megan made sure we stayed on schedule and offered invaluable advice and suggestions. The wedding day felt like everything was just taken care of. She worked with all our vendors and coordinated everything seamlessly. If I had the opportunity to do the day all over again, I would certainly come back to this venue and work with Megan again. I would probably be less nervous, though… knowing everything was truly taken care of.

Wedding venue shopping is a lot on a couple. It takes time and energy and can be very stressful. However, when we say we found the perfect place we mean it. Donauschwaben’s was one of our venue choices coming highly recommended by our friends and family already. We reached out through their website and within no time we got an immediate response from the Christine, Event/ Wedding planner to set up a meeting together. She is not only extremely kind, but had everything organized so beautifully to choose from it was a no-brainer to choose this venue. She even recommended our DJ who had played a previous wedding there who was incredible. All communication leading up to our big day was efficient and layed out easily for us to understand. Our checks were deposited in a timely manner by the venue, our tasting was so nice and so delicious. The no pressure wedding planning was worth every penny spent. Our wedding day was so special and so beautiful from start to finish from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to our lovely reception to follow. Not only was Christine present the day of, but the staff was also on their A game all night long. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and kind, we felt like royalty. We both highly recommend this venue and if you do, definitely get the Schnitzel, Prost! The only recommendation to the venue would be to update their beverage packages to include seltzers such as High noons or White claws. BOOK WITH NAZARETH HALL!! I can not say enough good things about this wedding venue. First of all it’s gorgeous!!! And they checked all of our boxes and more. We were looking for an all inclusive venue and that is just what they do. Venue, catering, alcohol and ceremony and reception all in one place! Their wedding coordinators make the wedding planning process so easy. They were available for any email or phone call any time. They provide you with a preferred vendor book which is amazing and helped us pick ALL of our vendors. The food and bar service were great and I got so many compliments from family and friends. Last but not least they provide you with a day of coordinator! She took all the stress away on the wedding day, communicated with the preacher, musicians, etc and made sure everyone was lined up correctly! As a bride I couldn’t appreciate this enough! She also brought my husband and I drinks all night so we could stay with family and friends and dance and didn’t have to worry about going down to the bar. Nazareth hall is amazing and I can’t say enough great things about them! If you are looking for a wedding venue look no further!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at The Inn at Leola Village! From start to finish, everything was seamless, and our wedding weekend was more magical than we could have imagined. Stephanie, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, so flexible, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress. The venue itself is stunning. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful floral arrangements and how gorgeous the entire property was. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to host our entire wedding weekend in one place — rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and brunch. Having on-site accommodations was such a huge bonus for us and our guests, and it made the entire weekend feel so relaxed and cohesive. The food was also out of this world. From the hors d’oeuvres to the entrees, every dish was fantastic. And the cake — made on-site at their bakery — was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how incredible the food was, which made us so happy. We also loved using their salon and spa for hair and makeup on the wedding day. The team there was fantastic and made the morning feel so special and fun. If you’re looking for a venue that’s breathtaking, versatile, and staffed by people who truly care, look no further. I truly don’t even know where to begin, but first, I have to thank God for Sadaf, Alex, and the entire event hall team. Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made, and I promise you will not regret having your event here! From the very start, I called, texted, and even showed up unannounced numerous times, yet both Alex and Sadaf were always so welcoming and patient with all my questions and concerns. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched. But on the day of my wedding… I am truly lost for words. It felt as if I were their own daughter, and they wanted nothing more than to make sure my day was absolutely perfect—and it was! My guests are still raving about how courteous the servers were and how kind and professional the bartenders were. And I can still picture Alex and Sadaf smiling at me on my wedding day, making sure everything was just right. I feel so incredibly blessed to have had my wedding there, and I have not a single regret. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything—both seen and unseen, known and unknown. About wedding venues

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space. These venues are often less expensive because you are only paying for the space itself, and you’ll have to bring in outside vendors
