My husband and I initially reached out to her because she had photographed weddings at our original venue, and we were completely sold after looking through her portfolio. Her moody, emotional, and intimate photos were exactly what we envisioned. We are not “cookie-cutter” wedding photo people, and with every set of photos we reviewed, we found ourselves literally gasping. Our gut feeling was only reinforced once we started talking to her and getting to know her. Neither my husband nor I had ever had professional photos taken, but our engagement shoot was so much fun. “My husband and I really appreciated Jenna's work for our wedding! Jenna had availability a month out when our photographer was last minute unavailable. My sister in law found her IG profile randomly and sent to us. Everything on her website was clear and her packages (at least in 2022!) were clearly laid out on her website so we knew what she offered. After inquiring we met through Zoom and had a complimentary engagement session to get to know each other. She also had such a fast turn around time for our engagement, wedding sneak peak, and wedding photos! I had so many people surprised with how fast our photos came back to us! I also LOVED that she came to our wedding wearing a unique embroidered blue top that matched the wedding colors and just thought it was creative and fun! Totally recommend her and appreciated all her work for us!”

“Working with S&LM was pretty good. They communicated to me closer to the event, and asked me for everything they needed and more. The pictures I have seen so far look great, and the small video I have seen looked good as well. They made sure I got almost all of the specific photos I wanted, and had a take-charge attitude while photographing, and making sure everyone was in the right place and looking great! The DJs were pretty good, but didn't know all the specific songs we mentioned that we wanted played for certain dances/moments. They also didn't announce the first dance until they were hitting the play button, which threw our choreography off until we asked them to restart! Unfortunately, some people missed our dance because they didn't know that it was happening. It still worked out in the end, and all the right songs were played at the right moments. All in all, I would definitely recommend Lights & Sound Media to prospective couples.”
