“I knew we needed to book Kaitlin from the second I found her Zola profile, but it was completely solidified by our meet and greet meeting. Kaitlin is exactly as described. So personal, completely herself, open and transparent, I could go on and on. One of the biggest things that sold us with Kaitlin (besides her work) was the fact that she gave us advice on what to look for/questions to ask with other photography vendors while we were on our hunt. We had our engagement photos in October in Boothbay Harbor and we are actually located in Western Mass. I had ideas in my head about what would work and Kaitlin made the drive to check out the locations and ensure they actually would. One of my locations wasn't the best lighting wise and she gave multiple other options to get similar looks. We actually ended up doing some downtown photos which are some of my favorites (which is a little a lie because I am obsessed with all of them). I read in multiple of Kaitlin's reviews that she makes awkward people comfortable behind the camera and I am here to say it is true. I was so stressed going into things, worried my hair looked bad, we wouldn't get *the* shot, we would look weird, etc. Kaitlin immediately asked me what my worries were and I felt so at ease. “My husband and I hired Randall to serve as our photographer for our wedding last summer. In short, Randall did a wonderful job. From the first call he was very kind and relaxed, which we really appreciated given how stressful the wedding planning process can be at times. We selected his “Notting Hill” package, which we loved because it included not only wedding photography, but also an engagement photoshoot, a guestbook based on the engagement photoshoot, and a wedding photo album (with parent copies). The engagement photoshoot came out beautifully; we tried to time it to coincide with the foliage peaking, and Randall was extremely patient and flexible with us as we tried to plan for and work around the unpredictable Boston fall weather. The engagement photoshoot itself also came out great; even though neither my husband nor I had experience getting our picture taken in this type of setting, Randall made us feel very comfortable and had excellent ideas to take advantage of the scenery. We loved the photos so much we had trouble choosing which to use for our save the date cards. During the weeks leading up to the wedding, Randall was very organized and responsive, and stayed in close touch with us to discuss different logistics and plans related to coordinating with the videographers, timing, portraits with family members, and sunset photos, etc. On the wedding day itself, Randall kept us very calm and relaxed throughout the day, worked seamlessly with the videographers, and also took many amazing photographs that made great use of the colors and light, showed his impressive creative vision, and beautifully captured every part of the day. We were so delighted to see all the photographs a few months after the wedding, and to later work with Randall on a photo album which provides a tangible pictorial summary of our day (in fact, we also had trouble choosing what should go into the album because there were also so many great pictures to choose from). Finally, in addition to our wedding reception last summer, Randall also served as a photographer for our legal city hall wedding last winter, and similarly did an excellent job with that too. In short, we had a terrific experience working with Randall and feel very lucky to have been able to work with him as our wedding photographer.”

“Jenni is an absolute gem of a human and a phenomenal photographer. She is so sweet and such a lovely personality. We first worked with Jenni to take our engagement photos, and my husband and I immediately felt comfortable and familiar with her. We are not comfortable in front of the camera at all, but Jenni somehow made us feel like we'd been taking photos together with her for years. After our engagement shoot, I knew Jenni needed to be our wedding photographer. We more or less picked our wedding date based on her availability!
