I started working in pizzerias at just 14 years old and spent years learning every role from dough making to oven work while perfecting my craft. After years in the industry, I turned my lifelong passion into Pizza Joe on the Go, a mobile pizza experience that brings fresh, handcrafted pizzas directly to your celebration. I love creating unforgettable moments through great food, great energy, and a personal touch that makes every event feel special.
