This is a one of a kind location in the high desert, surrounded on three sides by the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. We are located about an hour outside of San Diego but it feels like a world away. Our property has a bar with a dance floor, a 4,000 sq ft. outdoor, covered patio and many beautiful outdoor spaces. The property has a motel with 10 rooms, 300 RV sites with full hooks-ups, multiple tiny homes and trailers for rent, and ample tent camping sites. There are many unique opportunities for photos such as abandoned train cars, Temple Peak and an old Western hotel which has been featured in a television pilot. On site we have an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, and large restaurant space.

Sacred Mountain is a romantic outdoor venue that is nestled amongst 61 acres of lush, unspoiled nature. We have two venues: *The Island -- Lake Cuyamaca has a scenic, natural site suitable for small outdoor weddings. Venue is rented for 6 daylight hours. Tables & chairs are not included.  *Ole Firehouse -- The Firehouse is a newly renovated former fire station with a 40' x 60' event room, the perfect space for both weddings and receptions. Amenities include: the venue room, a full kitchen, two restrooms, an outdoor patio area, a large, shaded deck, and an upstairs bridal dressing room/loft space. It has a 80-person indoor capacity with the Firehouse bay doors closed & a 100-person capacity when they are open. Oakwood Creek was built in the 1930s by WW Wood and his wife Leanora. Wood drove a truck that hauled dairy milk from the outlying ranches into the town of Julian. Later on, Wood would operate B&L Liquor on the main street. The remains of W's garage are still very apparent on the property today, along with his goat shed & stables. We have one of the last intact water towers in the historic district. The property has been preserved to reflect the period in which it was built. This beautiful venue sits atop a picturesque knoll overlooking the historic town of Julian.
