My partner and I hired Sean for our engagement photos and we were extremely impressed! He was super helpful in helping us pose and very skilled in the ways he used lighting to capture our best features. He captured really genuine moments with such skill. He also made sure the job was well done and he got all the photos that we could have wanted. We had a blast working with him! The photos are stunning and I genuinely can’t stop looking at them! My partner and I tend to feel awkward getting our picture taken but Sean created such a comfortable space for us. We would highly recommend booking Sean.

Devyn Lempke Photography was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. From our very first interaction, Devyn was responsive, friendly, and professional. She was even willing to tweak her pre-set photography packages to fit our needs. Her attention to detail was evident in the stunning photos she captured. On the day of our wedding, Devyn seamlessly blended into the background, allowing her to capture so many candid, genuine moments that my husband and I may have otherwise missed. She also sent us our full gallery literally only a week after getting married - talk about being able to re-live the big day! We are a husband and wife team photographing weddings since 2010. We're total geeks that love music and films. When not photographing weddings, we love playing with our dogs and cats, watching music videos, cartoons, and horror movies, and photographing other things.

Tracy & Kyle are fantastic artists and teammates! They made our wedding experience such a fun journey every step of the way and we were blown away by how fantastic all of our photos turned out in both our engagement and wedding day photos. We met with them in-person twice for consultations and felt so comfortable talking with them and sharing our experiences as fellow wedding-industry workers. The rate at which we received our photos after our engagement shoot and our wedding was perfect! They sent a few samples that showed the quality and attention to detail, and the remaining complete albums were sent within a week! So fast but so much attention to detail and great editing. We also loved their blog posts as a way to share photos with friends and family and we enjoyed browsing other couples' albums as well! As a same-sex mixed race couple, we really appreciated their wide portfolio of diverse couples of LGBTQIA and BIPOC clients.

We had an amazing experience working with Pluvia Studios as our wedding photographer and videographer. He was incredibly intentional and truly listened to the shots and edits we wanted, which made the final video feel so personal and meaningful. Especially since our wedding was at different locations in San Francisco, Presidio, and our local church, I loved how our package cohesively looked natural, fresh and beautiful. During our first intake call he was concise and walked through the package we were interested in. We were in awe by the timeless and beautiful photo gallery and videos we received that we’ll cherish for a lifetime. JayDee was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We’re so grateful to have our day captured so beautifully and highly recommend him and his team.

Capturing weddings as they unfold rather than directing how they should feel. My approach is quiet and observant — present enough to anticipate moments, but never interrupt them. The day moves naturally, and the images follow.

Awarded Best of Zola
After our first photographer fell through, we found Caz and luckily he happened to be available on our wedding date. From the very first contact, he was incredibly responsive (super important to us), friendly and professional. His work looked great so we were excited - then we found out he was featured in Vogue! We were stoked. He was amazing to work with on the wedding day - punctual, friendly, got all the requested shots, and the whole bridal party loved him. We got our pictures back today - and they’re so much better than we could have dreamed of. It’s no wonder he was featured in Vogue - his work is artistic, candid, and beautiful. Thank you Caz for giving us such beautiful memories so we can relive the best day of our lives.

Hi! My name is Steve. I do visual storytelling. I’m married with three kids and in my spare time I record music and build things. I've been filming and photographing weddings since 2009. I love travel and getting to know unique couples.

Awarded Best of Zola
We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!

Eric Turner Photography

  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Iron River, WI

Hey there! I'm Eric, an outdoor-loving, laid-back wedding photographer based in the Midwest who lives for capturing those real, unfiltered moments that make each love story unique. When I'm not behind the camera, you'll probably find me hiking trails or discovering new local breweries. My approach blends documentary-style storytelling with a touch of editorial flair—meaning I'll capture both those candid laughs during toasts and those naturally romantic moments during golden hour. The best photos happen when couples feel completely at ease and free to be themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Eric was amazing to work with and super communicative leading up to the wedding. On the day, he and Alexis (his second shooter) captured beautiful photos and documented the day perfectly, and even shot a video of our full ceremony and produced a highlight reel of clips from the day! They were always present but never in the way, and struck the perfect balance so we could fully enjoy our wedding day.

Autumn G Photography
Rating: 5.0 (10 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Iron River, WI

Autumn G Photography is a journalistic style wedding photographer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am all about romantic photojournalism that captures authentic moments and beautiful portraits that truly tell the story of your day. I believe that everyone should get beautiful wedding photos. I will help create a detailed timeline of your day with quick turnaround time for images, and also offer an online gallery. I do have flexible payment plans available, making it even easier to book one of your most important vendors!

Our story is a little complicated. I am actually the mother of the groom. Both groom and bride are serving in the military overseas at 2 different bases. Between them, the bride's mother and I, we were dealing with planning a wedding with 4 different time zones. They asked me to find a photographer, which was in a different time zone from me (2 hours difference). I reached out to three photographers online, and Autumn was the only one to respond. Autumn was very helpful from the start. She was patient in dealing with all the different time zones, the busy-ness of military life, and even some procrastination on the part of the bride and groom. She helped develop a timeline for the pictures, but was flexible, making is easy to regroup and still get all the special pictures. She made sure to print out the questionnaire regarding certain desired photos so that none were missed. My son and daughter-in-law are thrilled with the pictures that Autumn captured. Even I’m still trying to choose which ones I want to print and which ones I want to make into an album. This leads me to one more thing that I love about Autumn. Our pictures are ours. We are not required to choose only a certain number of pictures, and then pay more if we want above and beyond. That was a huge plus in my book. I highly recommend Autumn for your wedding photography needs.

At Studio Twelve:52, we believe your wedding day deserves to be captured as authentically and vibrantly as you experience it. As a married photography duo with over 14 years of experience and 600+ weddings documented, we specialize in creating true-to-life/timeless imagery that tells your unique love story. Serving Minnesota and beyond — we combine a 50/50 fine art approach with a documentary eye to capture every joyful, heartfelt, and beautifully unexpected moment while creating stunning portraits as well. Our couples are modern romantics with impeccable taste -valuing experiences, personal touches, and, of course, their beloved furbabies!

WOW, where do I begin. Kasey and Tyler are masters at what they do! From two different engagement sessions to our wedding day, they knew exactly how to get the "perfect shot". Our wedding day came with a small amount of "conveniently timed" rain (during our first look and wedding party photos!), and they knew exactly how to work with what we had (a tall tree to hide under and an umbrella..). The attached photo was taken during a downpour rain and it STILL looks beautiful!! They were incredibly organized and all photos were pre-planned so they had a set plan in order to avoid wasting time. They listened to what my husband and I wanted, and made sure we were taking care of ourselves (eh-hem, reminding us to eat multiple times throughout the day..). They were so easy going but didn't have a problem putting their foot down if a random family member or other vendor were "problematic" (per the brides request!!). I cannot wait to work with them again! THANK YOU Kasey and Tyler for being the best in the business!!! 3

Is simple really. I want to capture real moments and create beautiful portraits for you. Portraits that you will enjoy looking at long after your wedding. I believe that wedding photography doesn't have to be boring. I don't want to just give you pictures. I want to create works of art that you will be proud to hang in your home. Building friendships & relationships are another goal of mine as well. If I have created a story documenting your day, we had some fun doing it, and your friends all say your wedding photographer was amazing then I accomplished my goal.

From the very first time that I worked with Nicole, we've developed a relationship that goes beyond simply being colleagues in the wedding industry. Nicole is personable, friendly, dedicated and she clearly LOVES what she does. I've had the opportunity to work alongside her at a few wedding receptions; she and I have also traded referrals for events as well. I am a BIG fan of her work; the turnaround is VERY fast, in my experience. I have been so impressed that I also became a client, hiring her to do a photo shoot of my children for a surprise birthday gift for my wife. In my humble opinion, you can't go wrong with Nicole and Little Mac Design.

I would 100% rather be on the beach somewhere with palm trees. I am constantly daydreaming about being in the tropics. I love the color black. If we work together, there is a high chance that will be my outfit color of choice.

Dakota Layne Photography
Rating: 5.0 (8 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style

  • Serves Iron River, WI

I am the heart and soul behind Dakota Layne Photo. Based in western Wisconsin, my love for photography started as a seven-year-old girl as the flower girl in a family wedding and has now become an extension of who I am. I approach my clients from a place of empathy - understanding who they are, what is important to them, and how I can bring their story to life in a significant and meaningful way.

Awarded Best of Zola
From the moment I inquired with Dakota, she was prompt. We instantly jumped on a call and we literally talked for a hour! I instantly knew she was going to be our photographer! Throughout the planning process, she consistently reached out to check in. Her thoughtful and uplifting voice messages were such a light midst the stresses of wedding planning. I would get so excited when I saw her name pop up on my phone, her bubbly personality and genuine care in her messages meant everything to us!! Our engagement photo day was a scorcher--95 degrees and pure sun!! But Dakota made the absolute best of it, even as we took breaks to cool down. Despite the sweat and crazy heat, our photos turned our magazine worthy--seriously stunning!! In the weeks leading up to the wedding she checked in almost daily, which was so reassuring. Her online website and questionnaire were very thorough and incredibly helpful. At one point, I even called her to vent about a difficult wedding situation (that had nothing to do with her), and she listened and reassured me through it all! She is truly a wedding industry professional!! On our wedding day, her presence was incredibly pleasant and everything flowed perfect. We fell a bit behind due to hair and makeup, and she continued to reassure me that we would be just fine. Her photography style is absolutely stunning, with great attention to detail that captured every important moment for us. We received our sneak peeks just a day or two after the wedding which was one of my favorite memories ever!!-- getting to reminisce on the stunning photos with my now husband on our first day of our honeymoon. It meant the world to us! The full gallery was delivered within the timeframe discussed in our contract as promised, I even had a few questions about different angles and additional photos and she delivered on all of my requests. Her gallery website was very easy to use and share. Overall we had a 1000/10 experience with having Dakota as our wedding photographer. Not only is she an incredibly talented photographer, but she is also so personable and was one of the best decisions and investments we have ever made! When it is your special day, you want to be surrounded by the absolute best, and that is Dakota!!

She didn’t just document our day, she told our story beautifully. If you are looking for someone who is professional, passionate, and an absolute joy to work with, Kailey is your girl. We feel so lucky to have had her as part of our big day!

Bonnie has had a camera in her hands since high school. What began as a quiet fascination with documenting life turned into a calling when she photographed her first wedding in 2017. Bonnie believes that some of the most meaningful moments in life are often the most fleeting, but photography gives us the rare gift of remembering them forever. Her approach centers on presence over perfection, leaving room for genuine laughter, quiet tenderness, and unscripted joy to unfold naturally. Her mission is to document your most cherished memories - the joy, the vulnerability, the celebration - to create photographs that become lasting heirlooms.

Bonnie is such a gem, we had so much fun working with her! During our engagement shoot and wedding day, we were constantly laughing and just having a ball, she made us feel completely comfortable. Bonnie is chill, down-to-earth, friendly, and so much fun. She had great suggestions and was down with our ideas, too. We're extremely appreciative of her communication, transparency, and flexibility, and we can't wait to hopefully work with her again for family photos! Could not recommend her highly enough, she's the best!

Emily means it when she says she will be your storyteller and biggest cheerleader! I audibly gasped when my husband and I first opened the sneak peaks to our wedding photos. She so beautifully captured the sweet, wholesome and hilarious moments between ourselves and our family members. From my husband cleaning up my knee after I gracefully fell to the tender joy on my mom’s face as I shared a dance with my dad. She fully understood the assignment and clearly embraced our personalities and love. Before the big day, she helped us to feel comfortable, silly and authentic during our engagement shoot. Yes, we even had a little fun with some department store styled photos just because! Emily is one of a kind as a human, artist and professional! We are so grateful for her!
