Wood from the recreation center bleachers line the dramatic bar and the orginial hardwood floor was dressed up to grace the ballroom. The vaulted timber ceilings and exposed truss work allow the dazzling period chandeliers an opportunity to lend an air of elegance to the urban decor. Though unoccupied now, the original ice-house, brew-house, and malting building still stand across the street, a reminder of the dream Philip Zorn brought with him to America.
