I graduated from Johnson & Wales in 2006 with a bachelors in Business Management Culinary Arts. From there I have worked in fine dining, bartending, catering, and have basically dipped my toes into every aspect of the Food & Beverage industry.

She enjoys cooking, recipe creating, gardening, and farm shopping. She's the mad scientist behind the majority of our wedding menus and loves making what seems impossible - possible. She’s happiest in Mickey Mouse ears, obsessed with her dog, a dressage queen, and apprentice gardener. She spends the time she’s not obsessively scrolling through the internet and flipping through cookbooks for inspiration, wedding planning for her 2022 Disney World wedding.
