The flowers arrived as scheduled and were packaged very well. My bouquets arrived prearranged, so I unraveled them to rehydrate them and only had to discard a few flowers from each (as expected). The flowers rehydrated well and stayed fresh for 3 days until the wedding. The boutonnieres kept well in homemade hydration chambers. I received instructions for flower care in personalized follow up emails, and I was able to find additional info on the Flower Moxie website. I did not require assistance, but my go-to contact during flower delivery, Liz, made it known that I could reach out with questions via text. Overall using Flower Moxie was a stress-free experience that delivered fabulous results!”

“Highly recommend working with Heather at Cullen Creations. I had a very specific image of what I wanted, and Heather patiently worked with me to make it a reality. She had also worked at our venue before (Full Moon Resort), which made the process much simpler. I really appreciated her consideration for our budget, and she had lots of creative ideas for ways to save money while staying true to the vision. Heather was also very open to our DIY ideas, and happily worked with us to incorporate our handmade items (table numbers, signage, etc). Our Hindu ceremony required a large platform and mandap, and Heather was the only vendor we could find in the Catskills who was able to provide one. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“Abby was WONDERFUL to work with for my bridal shower flowers! Her communication was responsive, prompt, professional and friendly. I gave her a list of some flowers and colors that I love, and she included every single one. Abby recommended the shape and size of the arrangements that would best match the tables at my venue, and they were perfect. As people who knew very little about flowers, we could see in some of the prior work that Gregory has done for clients that he has an uncanny way of transforming any space into something beautiful. Since we first met with Gregory over a year ago and in that first meeting his professionalism and experience were evident as he helped walk us step by step through every detail for the day. We felt so comfortable knowing he had worked at our venue Willowdale Estate many times before and knew every place we needed (or didn’t need) flowers. We explained our vision and what colors we wanted and he helped build the most beautiful displays of all different heights and sizes. When we showed up to the venue on our wedding day, Gregory’s experience and professionalism was on clear display as we had a sunny but windy June day. He brought multiple options of vases to ensure that we could still capture our vision while also ensuring that the flower displays were stable in the wind. We both cried the first time we saw everything set up in the tent and courtyard and are beyond thankful for Gregory and his team for helping create a wedding day that was beyond any of our wildest dreams.
