Abby Schell
Florio offers lush, whimsical and modern floral designs for weddings + events across New England. Based out of the North Shore, we are experienced in both local + travel events. We specialize in an organic and airy approach to floral design, drawing inspiration from how stems naturally grow in nature. In our design style, we lean towards a curated selection of blooms, a personalized approach + an ethereal flare.
Each wedding and event is designed intentionally while honoring seasonality. Our work is collaborative, as we love to work alongside Wedding Planners and other event pros to execute your exact vision.

Exceptional florist!!!
Working with Abby was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. She was always responsive to emails, patient with questions and changes, and made the entire planning process feel seamless and enjoyable. What truly set her apart was how much she cared about creating something meaningful and personal. She took the time to understand what was important to me and incorporated so many thoughtful, sentimental touches that made our flowers feel uniquely ours. Every arrangement was stunning, and she somehow managed to exceed all of my expectations while staying true to the vision I had dreamed of. On the wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect. The bouquets, table florals, and chuppah were breathtaking and tied the entire celebration together beautifully. I received countless compliments from our guests, and I will never forget how special it felt seeing everything come to life. I cannot recommend Florio Florals highly enough. Abby’s talent, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients are unmatched. Florio made my floral dreams come true!
During my first consultation with Abby, I came with a lot of ideas- flowers, candles, colors, examples, and non examples. I had a vision but I had no idea how to make everything flow together. My wedding was in November, but I wanted bright colors and an emphasis on hot pink. Abby really listened to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions and didn’t try to steer my ideas into a more classic November autumnal design. As the months went on, I messaged Abby with some edits based on the arrangements she was posting on her instagram. I couldn’t imagine how Abby was going to take all of my ideas and make them cohesive. But of course, Abby did not disappoint. When my husband and I were taken into the reception space to see the tablescapes set up with the flowers and candles we were amazed. Abby’s artistry and attention to detail encapsulated every element of my initial vision seamlessly. The floral arrangements were breathtaking and more beautiful than I could have hoped for. They were the perfect balance of fall vibes and fun, bright, punchy colors. While we were in the reception space, Abby noticed that my husband’s boutonniere had lost some of the flowers due to hugging so many people. Abby made quick on the spot edits to make sure that it looked fresh for the remainder of the wedding. Even months later, we are still getting compliments about how stunning the flowers were. We are beyond satisfied with Florio and highly recommend hiring them to make your vision come to life!

Best Florist Ever
Abby exceed every expectation I could have had for my wedding florals. My guests raved about how stunning everything looked, I was breathless walking down my aisle seeing the chuppah Abby put together for us. Not to mention how easy it was to work with Abby. As with any big event table types changed, the number of tables changed, etc. and with each adjustment Abby was understanding and accommodating to those changes. It was an absolute pleasure working with Abby and I wish everyone the same wonderful experience.

Abby executed my dream florals for my wedding! She perfectly captured my inspiration photos and created a result even better than I imagined. She sourced bud vases that went perfectly with my handmade ceramic centerpiece vases, which she took great care of and executed my vision of using perfectly. Florio is the BEST
Abby was WONDERFUL to work with for my bridal shower flowers! Her communication was responsive, prompt, professional and friendly. I gave her a list of some flowers and colors that I love, and she included every single one. Abby recommended the shape and size of the arrangements that would best match the tables at my venue, and they were perfect. I mentioned that my theme was a farmer's market, and Abby brought fresh strawberries that she cascaded out of the arrangements! Abby arrived the minute she said she would for delivery with a cheerful energy. I was so blown away by how beautiful the arrangements were, and how perfectly they matched my vision. EVERY guest commented on how stunning the flowers were, and the employees at the venue asked for Abby's information. I cannot recommend Abby enough, and I can't wait to use her for my next event!
