We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own Caketini Creation. Immaculate Confection was born from a deep love for the kitchen that began with my mother. She’s an incredible cook but doesn't have much interest in baking, so I often found myself in charge of any parts of family meals that required measuring or following recipes. Over time, I realized not only did I have a knack for baking, but I also truly enjoy it. After college, I immersed myself in the world of pastry, working in kitchens and learning everything I could from experienced pastry chefs, cookbooks, and the Food Network - along with hours of practice. In 2023, I finally took the leap and launched my home bakery, Immaculate Confection.
