Rooted in the island’s ultimate love language – food – Aci invites you to slow down and embrace Sicily’s everyday rituals, now shared in the heart of Texas. Each offering is made with fresh, premium ingredients, transporting you to the shores of the Mediterranean with every bite. Pronounced ah-chee, Aci draws its name from the coastal towns of Eastern Sicily: Aci Castello, Aci Trezza, and Acireale. Places where time slows down, mornings start with granita and brioche, and life is rooted in simple pleasures.

Inspired by classic Italian walk-up cafés, Aci’s mobile granita & gelato cart offers an elevated addition to Austinw weddings and events. Perfect for cocktail hours, welcome parties, outdoor receptions, rehearsal dinners, and late-night treats, the cart serves fresh granita and gelato from a beautifully designed mobile station indoors or under the Texas sun. Featuring a hand-finished Venetian plaster exterior and removable wood awning, the cart is available in Aci's signature pink or classic white to complement a variety of wedding styles and event aesthetics.
