    We paid in full weeks before our wedding, and the vendor canceled our order shortly before the date. The only explanation given was that her “business needs changed” and she’s no longer servicing Orange County. As a bride, I was stunned and when we asked for alternative recommendations, we received no response. The lack of communication and accountability felt very unprofessional. I would not book this vendor.
