Memory Lane, once a working farm in the early 1800s, was purchased by the Haldeman family in 1947. In addition to a recently restored barn, the property features 50+ private acres, including a charming arbor on the pond, rolling green meadows, seasonally landscaped gardens, a large canopy of mature trees, Tuscan arches in an intimate setting, an outdoor fireplace, and a covered porch and garden terrace. The Arches venue, known as St. Cecilia’s and St. Stan’s are the two newest venues in Western Chester County. During the ongoing revitalization project in Coatesville, the goal was to repurpose these beautiful churches into event spaces and to preserve their rich history. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017.
