We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Wolf Treats was born in 2018 when I got my first stand mixer as a gift. I fell in love with the science experiment of baking and the art & creativity of making my baked goods look as good as they taste. I'm also a wife and I'm a mom to a pretty cool kid. Outside of baking and trying new cake/cupcake/cookie trends, I enjoy reading, riding my bike, singing badly, and listening to podcasts (true crime podcasts and business podcasts. What a combo).

Hello! We are Philip Enlow and Beth Richardson, the husband and wife duo behind Spotz Gelato. We’re a southern couple with a background in hobby farming and a passion for locally sourced Kentucky food. While in the midst of successful careers in the corporate sector, we dreamed of branching out into a new business that interested us both.
