    Great to work with!

    The Cake was perfect for our special day! So moist, great taste and texture! The cake was just what we asked for! The only problem was we should have ordered a bigger cake! Everyone loved it!

    Highly Recommended!

    I would highly recommend Baked By Brussell! They specialize in all kinds of cakes, cupcakes and cookies. In their cakes and cupcakes they use all kinds of flavoring with icing and ganache also they have different flavoring of cakes. Their decorating of their baked goods range from elegant to fun and if you have a certain theme they will make it as close to that theme possible. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Tastings are $35. After the tasting is complete, clients can take home the product left over from the tasting.

We offer cupcakes, drop cookies, custom sugar cookies, and brownie bites.
We typically suggest booking your wedding cake at least 3 months in advance. For busier wedding seasons, such as May, June, September, and October dates, we recommend booking as far as 5 months in advance. We do not book weddings that are more than 12 months away.
We bake out of a commercial kitchen called 240 Adams, LLC. This is a commercial kitchen that is health-inspected and up to health code standards where your cookies are handled with the finest dare. We do NOT have a brick-and-mortar, but have dreams of owning a shop one day.
