We got married back in September, and working with him was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding planning experience. He helped us build a custom menu that felt personal, elevated, and unforgettable. I have to advise on our menu because it was 10000/10; it included Pernil, Zuppa de Pesce, Tortellini with Chicken, Short Ribs with loaded mashed potatoes, arroz con gandules, seasonal vegetables — and desserts imported from Italy. Yes. Imported. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend going with the buffet option just so your guests can try a variety of what he can make.
The food was OUTSTANDING. Guests are still talking about it months later. We saw people going back for seconds (and thirds). It was flavorful, beautifully presented, and felt like us.
Beyond the food, Angelo is warm, collaborative, and truly cares. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and am honestly looking for an excuse to throw another party just to work with him again. Could not recommend him and his team more!”
