We really wanted to see the joy and breadth of emotions of the day and wanted photos that reflected our wedding as vibrant and loving, and that shines through in every photo!! Kelly is also so personable and brings such a wonderful energy to all parts of the process which made us feel so comfortable and so happy to have her with us! In addition to creating a photography schedule that was invaluable and that we shaped the rest of the schedule around, she made sure to note people’s accessibility needs and to work with us closely on comfort for everyone as we had a lot of access needs. She answered every question we had happily and was just such a wonderful part of our day!! She also did our engagement photos at Great Falls and they turned out just so gorgeous. I had a lot of anxiety about how I would feel about the photos as a plus size bride and Kelly listened to my concerns and made me so comfortable and I’m so so thrilled with the photos and feel gorgeous in all of them, which I'm very grateful for!”

“Lindsay and Greg have been a pleasure to work with so far! My fiance had them there to photograph our proposal and I liked them so much that we booked them for our engagement and wedding sessions as well. We are both slower to open up type of people and Lindsay and Greg have been really easy to talk to. We didn't feel awkward and were comfortable with them. We have some beautiful photos and everyone has complimented their work. I can be anxious, but Lindsay has been really easy to work with. She has a calm presence and I really like how she's set me at ease! Lindsay and Greg targeted their work to match things that we wanted to incorporate. I shared some Pinterest images with Lindsay and she saved them and actually posed us in them during our session! I offhandedly mentioned one of my favorite shots from our proposal during our engagement shoot and they came up with something so cute to do that matched the vibe of that right then and there! I also was honest with Lindsay about poses I didn't like up front and she made sure to pose me in a way that I felt like allowed me to be more confident and comfortable. She created a timeline for the day and any thoughts I had she took them into account and found a way to incorporate them into the plan. Truely felt like a team because of how kind and thoughtful she is. Get to the day, she was a calming presence for sure. She showed up with a smile on her face and seamlessly cued the bridesmaids and myself throughout. She was present but didn’t hover it was the perfect balance. Along with that she was my hype girl throughout it 3 Now let’s talk about the pictures, I’m not used to getting my picture taken and feel so uncomfortable being the center of attention but she tells you every detail you need, and if something doesn’t look right she’ll correct it gracefully in the moment. I felt like I got to enjoy my day without it feeling like a photoshoot. She delivered the pictures so fast!! A couple of my bridesmaids made comments about how fast the turnaround time was…and they were breathtaking!! Better than I ever could have imagined, I can’t stop looking at them. “We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”
