Great vendor to have capture your special day
I had the pleasure of working with Arcadia Pictures at a wedding and they were fantastic. The communication was super good and effective. We worked very well together and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their special day captured.
Our best decision!
Hiring a videographer ended up being one of the best last-minute decisions we made — and we truly wish we had booked Arcadia Pictures from the very beginning. We originally hired someone almost a year in advance, but they canceled on us just a month before the wedding. That’s when we found Arcadia Pictures, and everything changed for the better. From the first conversation, they made us feel completely at ease. Our videogrpaher stepped in so seamlessly, worked beautifully with the photographer we had already hired, and together they felt like a dream team. There was no awkwardness, no chaos — just calm, creative energy. Honestly, one of the only moments of the day where I felt completely relaxed was during filming with our photographer and Alex. It felt so natural and peaceful — like a little pocket of calm in the middle of all the excitement. And the final films? Absolutely perfect. They captured everything we hoped for and more — the emotion, the joy, the little in-between moments we didn’t even notice on the day itself. Arcadia Pictures turned what was originally a stressful last-minute fix into something we’re forever grateful for. If you’re on the fence, don’t wait. Just book them. You won’t regret it.

We have nothing but positive things to say about it Arcadia. I looked at multiple different videographers and what they offered for their price and after calling several, we decided to go with Arcadia. From the beginning to the end they were the most responsive vendor that we worked with for our wedding. Their planning was straightforward and efficient. When it came to the wedding day, our videographer was so kind and attentive. The videographer captured all of the moments we were hoping and worked tireless throughout the evening and was a calming presence. The videographer was also completely involved without being intrusive at any moments so it felt very natural. The editing process was done completely to our hopes and expectations and quickly! Our feedback for the edits they were able to incorporate without any trouble and was also a quick process. The video was absolutely gorgeous! The highlight video and full video we watched multiple times. It felt like a movie capturing the best day of our life. The edits and the music fit perfectly and the quality of the film shots were excellent. All in all, Arcadia was the vendor we loved working with the most and it was the best value out of all the services we received. We would work with them again and we highly recommend this company!
