“The word that pops into my head when thinking about Cassandra's work is WOW. She was so professional and easy to work with in the lead-up to the wedding and we were entirely blown away by the final decorations and arrangements the day of. I was having trouble fully describing the general feel that I wanted and she was so helpful in bringing my ideas and images to life. All I did was show her a few photos on Pinterest and describe to her what I was thinking and she fully understood. Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. “Because of all the florals already there due to the nature of the venue, and all the florals and plants they filled in, I didn’t feel the need to have a ton of florals, so I did them myself! I found Flower Moxie here on Zola and they were so great! If you are thinking about DIY’ing your florals, I would definitely recommend looking into Flower Moxie! They have some set packages you can chose from, but I upgraded to the highest personalized package and it was so worth it. I got to have a phone call with the florist and they put together a custom package, and they definitely killed it, the flowers were exactly what I had in mind. There were so many resources and they went through everything so well I felt so prepared and we had almost no issues putting all the florals together. All of our florals still looked fresh and beautiful on our wedding day, and some of the florals in our arch arrangements lasted WEEKS. A word of caution though: it is definitely a lot of work, so just ensure that you have enough time in town before your wedding (i.e. you can’t fly in the day before your ceremony, if you are traveling to that location) and enough people to help you (for putting together, transporting and anything day of). I actually really enjoyed getting to do my florals myself, and would highly recommend if you are creative and DIYing your wedding!”

“Upon seeing pictures of Heather's work, I knew I had to have this woman be the florist for the big day. It was just extra luck that Heather also happens to be a decorator! Heather is on top of everything and very organized. We went over details big and small, things I hadn't even considered. She was familiar with my venue and knew just how to utilize her decorating skills - with beautiful drapery over the beams, gorgeous greenery down the tables and bud vases filled with vibrant flowers. She brought my vision to life and was excited with me the whole way planning it. Heather was great keeping me on task with things to do leading up to the big day so I wasn't scrambling. “Sara did an incredible job preserving my wedding flowers! I originally went with another company, as I did not know about Sara’s work, and they could not provide me with the product. “Isabelle is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient; a true artist with their flowers :') I emailed Isabelle to ask about DIY floral arrangements for our June 2025 wedding. We had such a fun time thinking up ways to engage my partner and I's family and friends, and Isabelle came up with the idea for a flower arranging party in their beautiful shop. The flowers were even better than I imagined and the number one thing people have asked about when they see our pictures was "who did your flowers, they were beautiful." I had no idea the impact they'd have on the feel of the day, but they made everything even more magical. My bouquet was so perfect. The bridesmaid's bouquets were perfect with their dresses. “My wedding was last month and I am so BEYOND happy I chose VDL Brothers as my florist. Sonja is not only extremely talented but also attentive, reliable, supportive, and consistently went above and beyond to make my wedding flowers and decor special and personalized. My bouquet made me cry (happy tears) when I saw it. As did the boutonnières, wedding party flowers, and decor. Each bridesmaid bouquet, boutonniere and bud vase was unique and intricately done. She really listens to what you want and makes it a reality. During the early planning process she made a personalized event plan complete with my and her own inspiration pics, and kept it updated whenever I needed to make a change. Perhaps the highlight was the Bud Vase wall that she constructed from scratch for my seating chart. It was beyond what you see on Instagram and Pinterest. She also provided a chuppah which was more sturdy and beautiful than any I found elsewhere, and was hands on with managing the set up and take down of all the decor. I was worried about “spending so much on flowers” but honestly the flowers/decor/experience working with her was easily one of my favorite parts of my wedding, and worth every penny and then some. Katie has been so easy to work with; she is bright and cheery not just in her designs but in personality as well. She also has taken a very proactive approach to planning which has been a huge relief for me. After talking Katie sent me a mood board via Canva so I could make sure she understood what I wanted (she did, of course) and it's just honestly been all smooth sailing since! “Sweet as Honey Floral took my vague description (color, fun, classic) and venue (coastal) and created an absolute masterpiece! Since the venue overlooked a harbor, I didn't want an arch to block the view - instead, Erin recommended a sprawling garden style centerpiece, and it took my breath away! (See photo by Morgan Wynne Photography) We ended up bringing it upstairs to decorate the reception area after the ceremony was complete. The bouquets and boutonnieres were in a similar style and tied the whole thing together perfectly. Erin was so flexible and responsive during the planning process - I was so pleased, and I highly highly recommend!”
