This came just 2 short months after launching Say Cheese GR, which completely exceeded her expectations.

I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now.
