Meet Chesley, the owner/creator of Say Cheese GR. Chesley launched this business on April 18th, 2020 on a whim in the middle of the pandemic after being furloughed from her corporate sales job. When she realized how much time corporate America was keeping her from her 3-year-old daughter, she decided that she did not want to return. This came just 2 short months after launching Say Cheese GR, which completely exceeded her expectations.

With an extensive history of working in the restaurant industry, Chesley has always had a passion for not only food, but for making food look pretty. While taste is important (and yes these boards are just as good as they look), presentation truly is everything.

    Say Cheese GR catered my elopement in October 2020 and she did such an amazing job! The charcuterie spread was BEAUTIFUL and everyone who attended our day was in awe. Chesley is a joy — she was so easy to communicate with and was so accommodating to what our wants/needs were. Would recommend her business, Say Cheese GR, to anyone and everyone!

    I had a large board for my bridal shower and for my cocktail hour at my wedding..hands down AMAZING. First off, it was so beautiful to look at and it tasted amazing. The colors of food on the boards coordinated with my wedding colors and it came together so perfectly. Would def recommend for your special day!!
