What can I say? We love a great wedding! We love getting to know our couples and finding out their 'thing' that makes them unforgettable. We want their flowers and decor to be as unique and as one of a kind, as they are. We source local and regional seasonal flowers, as well as search for the perfect blooms from afar, as desired. Plain and simple, we get things done, with the goal of always exceeding your expectations. It's our job to make things look effortless and picture perfect, so you can just relax and enjoy your much anticipated day.

My restaurant/catering business uses Carolyn at Lavender Hill exclusively for all business (and personal) needs. Intimate arrangements for special occasions, arrangements for large events and buffets, weddings, funeral requests, large or small, ordered in advance or called in last minute, Lavender Hill always produces the most beautiful and aromatic arrangements in the southern Indiana and Louisville area, not to mention the longevity of her flowers! Everything you order has a special, personal touch added! Everyone is so easy to work with, and even if you never see the arrangement(s), you can guarantee they are perfection!!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

      5.0

      Oklahoma City, OK
      • Serves Georgetown, IN

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Please remember that its DIY flowers, your only buying bulk!!! Our wedding colours were navy and hot pink; we ordered dusty blue and cream "A la Cart" package and added White Ranunculus and Dark pink spray roses. We built: 5 bouts, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 bridal bouquet and a flower crown. I still had a large bouquet left over and the pieces that fell off we used to shoot the close up details picture of the invites, rings, dress etc. we had to buy our own materials and we assembled them ourself but I was blown away with how easy it was, their customer service and the quality of products we received. We were a destination wedding coming from Canada to Las Vegas which made me worried but it was the easiest process and best decision we made!

So I freaking love Jennifer and her flowers soooooo much. I've used them on so many shoots now that I've lost count and each time the work is just fantastic. No joke, at every single one of these shoots I'll hand the couple or model the flowers and tell them that it's the bouquet....EVERY SINGLE TIME they are shocked once they touch the flowers to realize they are totally fake. You can be inches away from the flowers and still think they are real! Jennifer's professionalism and easy-going manner makes her fantastic to work with and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to check her out.

I worked with Poppy for my wedding and it could not have been a better experience! I had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know what to expect from florists. The process of a virtual appointment to go through options was beyond awesome, being able to see an array of inspiration pictures made me feel so much more comfortable moving forward. Not only that but I never felt that I was being upsold or pressured to meet a specific price point. My flowers actually came in under budget and were completely stunning. Almost a year later and I still have family and friends tell me how stunning my bouquet was!

I did a lot of searching and looking into different diy flower companies. As soon as I came across bloom culture and read some of the reviews I knew I wanted to go with them! Alison was so friendly and personable and so easy to work with. She helped put me at ease by answering all of my questions and even helped me to swap out a couple of the flowers in one of the packages to better match my vision for my wedding. I was a little nervous about the flowers lasting all the way until the wedding day (my wedding was on a Sunday and they arrived Wednesday) but by the day of they had opened up beautifully and looked amazing. There were also hardly any flowers damaged or broken when they arrived. With all of the detailed instructions and recipes they provided, putting together the flowers was honestly a breeze once we got started. We didn’t follow the instructions specifically because I had a different number of bouquets, center pieces, etc. that I need to make, but the recipes and instructions were still super helpful. I also watched Alison’s YouTube videos beforehand which helped a ton! Overall very happy with the quality of the flowers, the price, and the excellent customer service. Cannot recommend enough!

Katie was a breeze to work with! I am not big on real flowers and wanted something that would represent my husband and I. Her prices are comparable to real flowers and are even more lovely! I love that her flower designs mimic real flowers and that foliage was an option. She took the care to make sure I had what I wanted and sent me multiple pictures during the process and of the finished result before we picked them up for the wedding. She accepted my feedback and made changes to the bouquets to match my vision. I still have my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere as keepsakes that remind me of our special day. I would use her services again and again!
